Hi Pam, We're so glad you enjoyed our well-stocked Suite B! One of our favorite days at the boutique hotel goes like this: We start with a morning walk on the pier across the street, followed by making breakfast in the large chef's kitchen for the whole family. Then we take the provided beach buggy, beach towels, and umbrella for a day at the beach. After returning, we grill for everyone and stroll through the historic shops on US-10. We finish the day relaxing on the deck with our favorite drinks, watching the Badger historic coal-fired steamship return from its daily trip across Lake Michigan, and enjoying the sunset. The best part is that everything is within walking distance. Thank you for your compliments, and we hope to welcome you back soon! Sincerely, Shawn and Naomi

Amazing place!

We stayed here with extended family, including kids, for July 4th week and it was absolutely perfect! House is set up very well, fully stocked, brand new, and super comfortable! Hosts were excellent to communicate with and very responsive. The location is the best place in Ludington!!! You can walk to the beach, eat, shop, and fish!! We had the best spot in town for the fireworks and July 4th parade!! Kids road their bikes around town and had a blast!! Would book here again in a heart beat!! Oh, and the game room was an absolute rock star bonus…so much fun!!!

Thank you so much for the amazing review! We're happy to hear that your family had such an incredible Fourth of July week at Waters Edge Suites, Suite B. It's fantastic that the house was perfect for your group with the large chef kitchen, two dishwashers, 12 dining room chairs, large dining room table table and 6 island chairs. And that you loved the location. We're so glad you enjoyed the game room too! We hope to welcome you back to Ludington soon! All the best, Shawn and Naomi

Great for a family gathering

I'm almost afraid to say how great this property is! It's a perfect location, close to the beach, the marina, the playgrounds, and even putt-putt golf. Ludington is a charming town. The condo is better than the pictures show. It had everything we needed, including drinks in the cooler. We had an amazing time with plenty of room for everyone. No one wanted to leave! Shawn and Naomi are great to work with and even came over to fix a small problem and answer all our questions. Thank you for an amazing week!

We’re so happy to hear you and your family loved Waters Edge Suites, Suite B! It’s truly a labor of love for us, and we’re thrilled when guests feel at home there. We put a lot of thought into making sure it has everything you need, from the 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms with kid foot stools to reach the sink, to the night lights in the common spaces. It's wonderful to hear that it exceeded your expectations. Ludington is one of our favorite spots too, and we’re so glad you enjoyed it. Thanks again for your kind words! Until next time safe travels, Shawn and Naomi

Long weekend get-away

Our stay at Waters Edge Suites was great. The description of the property is very acurate. The suite that we rented was beautiful and had everything that we needed. The kitchen was well supplied so we were able to make meals when we wanted. The property manager even supplied coffee, tea, soda, and other bottled drinks. This was such a welcome treat! The location is great and just a short walk to the beach, maritime museum, and town for shopping, restaurants, and bars. The game room is awesome!! We were in suite B so we were located in the lower living section. The only thing you may want to keep in mind is that you can hear the people above as they walk across the floor but it did not really bother us. We definitely hope to visit this place again!

Absolute Perfection

WORTH EVERY PENNY! Now that thats out of the way, this place had it all. We had 16 guys in for a golf weekend. There was a bed for each of us and a spare Booking and check in was a breeze and all communication was relatively quick and never vague. The abundance of amenities are too many to list honestly Between the dishes, cookware, drink ware, towels, beach towels, toys, wagon…..etc etc etc You show up with food and drinks and you need for nothing. The hot tub was phenomenal and perfect early in the morning We never once heard anything from the other units even though they were booked as well. Location is insane One block from the beach (Lake Michigan), putt putt, ice cream, and a few blocks to restaurants and bars I could go on but trust me when I say “I can not possibly know how you wouldn’t love this place

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear your stay worked out so well for your three families and that Waters Edge was the perfect home base for Gus Macker weekend. One of the best things about our location is that we're right on Lakeshore Drive, so you can simply walk out the front door and be at the tournament. No need to worry about traffic, parking, or driving back and forth throughout the day—it really is hard to beat for Gus Macker! We're so glad the property was a great fit for your group, and we hope you had a chance to enjoy our heated 85° saltwater pool, new in-ground hot tub, game room, and all that downtown Ludington has to offer, all within easy walking distance. Thank you again for choosing Waters Edge. We'd love to welcome your families back for next year's tournament or another Ludington getaway! Warm regards, Shawn & Naomi
