Dog Friendly, Fully Gated, Private Cabin by Fool Hollow Lake

We would love to have a grill. But because of all the brush fires in Arizona engulfing thousands and thousands of acres, we are advised not to just for the sake of food being cooked.

Hi Jamie, Thank you for your feedback. In the White Mountains, most HOAs do not allow dogs, this neighborhood has no HOA, which allowed your dogs to stay with you. Because there is no HOA people are free to remodel their homes, which is the large dumpster and couch down the street in front of a house that is going through renovations. The extremely kind police officer next to us added a second story to their garage, that is what you are seeing next door. No one looks into any windows from their garage. No where in the listing does it indicate that soap for showers, and dishwashing pods are provided. Although, we do provide some dishwashing pods as a starter. The extra towels are underneath both bathroom sinks. There are four bath towels, three hand towels, and three make up towels under each sink, totaling 20 towels for a two night stay for two people. We did notice how you ruined one of the bath towels using it as a rug for your dog’s muddy feet. We did not charge you for that, however. I am not sure if you did not look in all kitchen cabinets, but we have 6 large dinner plates, 6 small plates, an entire pan set, cookie pans, four large glasses, six wine glasses, 8 coffee cups, a set of 40 cutlery, and countless cooking tools. We are sad to hear the full description of our cabin was not read fully. Hopefully you find the perfect stay in the future!

Hi Ralph, When the blinds are pulled open, there is a lot of natural light, which also shows the beautiful pines; all our guests have loved the natural ambiance instead of blinding artificial light bulbs. Yes, this is a family neighborhood so the neighbors let their dogs out to use the bathroom then bring them back in after. I am sorry you did not appreciate the natural landscaping outside. As you know, this is the white mountains not a busy city with concrete everywhere. We do have a landscaper that maintains the natural beauty of Show Low. We will have a maintenance worker look at the tub, thank you for bringing that to our attention. We would have been happy to address the issue during your stay if we would have know . We do supply multiple toilet paper rolls in each bathroom for each stay and multiple paper towel rolls in the kitchen. We apologize that you did not enjoy our cabin as much as all our other guests. :/
