Very clean, well-maintained property. Very convenient to wake up and watch the sunrise, Within walking distance to shopping, restaurants or a quick walk to Lake Michigan for sunset.

This location cannot be beat! Steps from the quaint main street in Charlevoix. Comfy bed and sheets, towels were great, and comfy furniture to lounge in. Outdoor seating is quite nice as well, for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. I would book again!

Very comfortable. Cozy and well stocked. The bed slept very well and it was good to have an extra comforter. It was a super cold and snowy weekend but we felt snug.

This place was great! Very cozy and nicely done. We had everything we needed, kitchen looks new and bathroom shower looks new and the shower head and pressure was amazing! And loved the little fire place!Just the right size for the two of us. And the bed was also very comfortable. We would definitely come back here again!

Cozy / Great Location

Weekend getaway with my husband and this studio was a perfect place to stay! Walking distance to all of downtown Charlevoix. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a weekend getaway. Right near downtown walkable to everything. Messages from the host were clear and had no issues. Would recommend.

Beautiful property with absolutely lovely appointments…We have fallen in love with Charlevoix, and this property added to the town’s charm. There was plenty of room for two with a great setup. With Venetian Days going on, we were concerned about noise, but the building is so well insulated that we could hear very little happening outside. The bed was comfortable, and although we didn’t use the kitchen for anything but keeping and warming up a few restaurant leftovers, it had anything you could need for stovetop and toaster oven cooking.

The main advantage of this property is its location; you simply can't beat it if you want to sample the pleasures of Charlevoix. It is also very clean and well equipped by an owner who communicates well. Despite being in” the middle of it all,” even during Venetian Festival, it was very quiet. However, there are some downsides. First, there is no comfortable place to sit. The sofa is saggy and almost impossible to sit on for a length of time. There are no easy chairs, and the chairs that are provided are very narrow and also do not lend themselves to sitting for any longer than absolutely necessary. The kitchen, although roomy and well equipped, is burdened with the most complicated and inefficient cook stove top I've ever seen. I personally bought one of the same dimensions and features from GE which heated and cooled much quicker and didn't require an instruction manual or several minutes of trial and error to operate. Although It didn't bother me, my bride did not like the sheets which she said reminded her of the burlap sheets her mother used to make her from flour sacks when she was a little girl. Apparently it is an attempt to use old fashioned materials but it loses modern comfort. The decor is intended to look old fashioned in both its furnishings and its artwork. That is fine, but it doesn't explain why there is no handle on the bathroom door or holder for toilet paper, which has to sit on the floor beside the stool. Fabulous birthday weekend

My husband and I spent my birthday weekend in Charlevoix. The cottage we stayed at is adorable! The ambiance is casual, comfortable, quaint and well decorated. The Art on the walls and Knick-knacks provided the perfect Amount of color. The gardens surrounding the cottage is beautiful, it’s what attracted me to this property. I called the owner for help understanding the tv/cable and the stove top, the owner promptly came over and fixed the issues. Between the beautiful curb appeal, quaint interior and excellent location to dining and shopping, this is the perfect place to stay. owner came over amount of color
