Bring Home the Beacon-Stunning top floor ocean views!

Welcome to 361 which we call Bring Home the Beacon. This well appointed top floor condo has everything you need for a comfortable ocean view stay on your next family getaway. The thoughtful decor and extras will add another layer of enjoyment while you are visiting lovely Lincoln City. This unit is perfect for families traveling with children. The front shared living space features a queen Murphy bed that will allow for extra sleeping but is able to fold up during the day to give you the space to enjoy the condo in comfort. The master suite features a King bed and loads of closet space as well as it's own private bathroom. A second full bathroom can be found just down the hall in the shared front space. The condo also provides a pack-n-play for the extra tiny travelers in your party. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a gourmet dinner as well as a dishwasher to make cleanup a breeze.

The dining table has an extra leaf that is available to give ample space for family game nights or dinners together. With two flat screens, dvd players, a CD player and loads of board games and puzzles throughout you and your family will never run out of things to do. When you aren't enjoying the comforts and amenities inside take a walk down to the indoor heated salt water pool and hot tub. Another great amenity to enjoy during your trip. Right next to the pool you will find a game room where you can challenge your friends and family to a competitive game of ping pong or just lounge and catch up on a good book.

Surftides Plaza Condominiums is conveniently located next to restaurants, shopping, and the casino but the best part is the easy access to the beach. The Surftides Plaza Condo's have their own private beach access just on the other side of the street for guests to easily and quickly get their toes in the sand. The sunsets are always better at the beach and the top floor views this condo will provide will certainly not disappoint. Enjoy a night cap on the balcony with the comfy chairs and table provided. Bring Home the Beacon will undoubtedly be your new home away from home here on the Oregon Coast.

exactly what we needed.

We were looking for a place right on the beach to stay with our dog for one night. It was the perfect fit for that. However if cleanliness is very important to you this is probably not the spot for you. But if you’re low maintenance like us it’s a great budget stay in a great spot.

Incredible views, clean updated unit

We had an incredible time with this property. Incredible ocean views from the patio. Unit was clean, and updated. It was the perfect home base for out 3-day visit to Oregon Coast.

The property is unassuming from the outside, but close to the beach with easy access and great amenities - an indoor pool, game room, laundry facilities, etc. I appreciated that there were outdoor foot spray/spigots outfitted to help rinse sand. This unit was updated and extremely clean - kudos to the housekeeping team! It was definitely more spacious that we were expecting and perfectly suited our family of 3 a puppy. Parking is limited and crowded (peak season), but we were always able to find a spot (even with a full-sized truck). Communication from the property was exceptional!!

Nice view

Nice view of the ocean, easy access to the beach, dog friendly, and bed was very comfy. Only downsides were parking is tight for a truck on busy wkends and third floor is alot of stairs if you have issues with them. We didnt mind the exercise.

Could be better

The rental was roomy. It desperately need a detailed cleaning. The sofa and rugs smelled of wet dogs. When you clean, don't just wipe down, actually clean with sanitizing cleaners. The overall condition of the property has greatly decreased since our first stay there. The furniture should be replaced with material that can be easily cleaned, and the carpet rugs need to be cleaned often or taken out. Do better!

Great view

We had a lovely stay, the place was clean and well stocked. The bed was so very comfortable . There was many nice touches. Toys and games also DVds. I would have loved to given 5 stars but I kept one back as the sofa really needs replacing.

Good experience short term. Clean property with a great view of the coast. Just stairs wasn't ideal with an infant, but everything else was pretty solid.

Peaceful perfection. Exactly as advertised.

We had a beautiful and peaceful stay in this location. We were so pleased with our stay that we requested to extend our stay. The ocean view and the beach access were the highlights of the listing, but the interior was just as exceptional. We will be back!

Close to beach

very nice place and just a hop and a skip to the beach. Stairs could be a factor if that's an issue for some. It's on the third floor.

Great place to watch the storms

We recently enjoyed several days at this property. There is easy access to the beach for long walks. In this instance the weather didn’t cooperate for walking, but we did enjoy the great views from the condo for watching the big waves crashing. The condo was very clean. The kitchen is adequately stocked with dishes, pans, etc. so that we were able to cook a lot while we were there. The bed was comfortable, the showers had good water pressure. The living room area was a bit dark, as it appeared that a lamp that should have been there was broken and was in a closet. There is a top light, but that’s a bit much if you’re watching TV in the evening. Other than that we loved our stay and would stay here again.

Great Stay

The property was clean on arrival. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed for cooking. We used the murphy bed as well as the bedroom and everyone slept great. The ocean view from the window and balcony is incredible. Be prepared for a 7-10 minute walk to the nearest stores. The only minor nitpick is that we couldn't find any dishwasher tablets or extra garbage bags. Not a huge deal as my friends had lots of extra supplies.

Beautiful Place in Lincoln City

It was super cozy, warm, and clean. The view was spectacular. Everything was perfect except the following two items: 1) I love to cook and the pans I needed were old and shoul have been replace a long time ago. 2) We love watching movies, we couldn't even access our own Netflix or Prime accounts with your system. That sucked. Everything else was super sweet. Laurie

The property itself is beautiful but the cleanliness needs alot of improvement! The floors had'nt been cleaned or carpets vacuumed! There was also hair around the toilet in one of the bathrooms! Chair on balcony broken,,,TV in the living room was'nt working as it had been set up to play games so my son in law walked me through how to fix it over the phone using the phone cameras! Also lamp in the bedroom was broken and there was alot of dust around on the hanging lamps in the kitchen etc

Hit for all ages!

Lovely spot. Updated condo with comfortable king bed and couch. The Murphy bed was comfortable for the kids but may be a bit firm for older guests. There was space to walk between the table and bed when it was down. We appreciated family friendly options in the games, night lights, step stool ect. Beach access is very close but does include both stairs (with railing) and ramp. Pool was a big hit. Kitchen actually does have a good selection of pots/pans in decent condition. (All glasses/dinnerware are breakable).

Best Beach Getaway

We were a little unsure of this listing at first because the lack of reviews. Then we found out we would be one of the first guests. The property is a well maintained condo located across the lane from the beach. The condo is a 3rd floor spacious remodeled 1 bedroom 2 bath with Murphy bed in the main area. We enjoyed the nice finishes, personal touches, quiet building, views of the beach, location to beach access, comfy couch and bed and pet friendly. Things to consider is accessibility as this building does not have an elevator and the condo is on the 3rd floor (4 flights up) Notes for the owner: we kept banging our heads on the shell hanging from the living room fan. Maybe just remove it. We could not find a way to adjust the thermostat. It was blank and no notes about it in the guest book. When it got cold at night we could not find extra blankets. A throw for the couch would be a nice addition. Lastly, the drapery rodes need to be secured so that they dont fall off the bracket. The bedroom window blinds were especially difficult to close and was most important since people can walk past it. Oh and I was pleased to see a headboard. I have actually rules out stays based on whether or not there wad a headboard. I immagine others are like me and updating the picture would help get reservations. We really enjoyed our stay and will be coming back.
