Great Stay

The home was well-appointed and was as appeared in the photos. The space was very comfortable for our group -- a few couples with kids. We really enjoyed our stay and all the arrangements went smoothly. A quick note, it snowed the night of our arrival, and the driveway does have a bit of steeper pitch down to the garage -- thankfully, the driveway was plowed the next morning.

Garrett Thank you for your review of our home and so glad that it fit all of the needs of everyone that made the trip. Yes we do have a plow service that comes to do the driveway when we receive four inches or more. There are shovels and ice melt in the garage to use for smaller amounts. We hope that you do return again. Andy

Summer Birthday Retreat

Really beautiful home and views in Granby. Came for the weekend with friends to enjoy Grand Lake and it did not disappoint. Enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen and on the grill. Spent every night in the hot tub relaxing under the stars. The house really had everything we wanted/needed.

Great stay

9 adults, 1 teen, 1 child and 1 infant stayed and we had everything we needed. An infant gate was present for the stairs, floor fans were present in a couple of the rooms which is a must for my adult children, the hot tub was utilized daily, and we used the bbq grill. Reservations and check in/check out was seamless. I would highly recommend.
