Had a great stay :) patio lights weren’t working but it didn’t impact our vacation and it was so lovely to be so close to the river!

Warm and welcoming property just by the Russian River. fully stocked kitchen for people that like to prep their meals, games in the back yard , hot tub and a seperate room for Yoga... Our family had a wonderful weekend!

Lovely home close to river

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely stay. I was initially worried about not having AC because the weather was very warm but the place stayed cool and had several fans. We did run into a minor ant issue but it was promptly taken care of. We would stay here again.

Pros: Loved this home. Everything was neat and clean and beautifully decorated. The snacks left on the table were enjoyed. The cottage with the game table was a plus that my grandson loved (his mom loved the ms. pac man). I would definitely book here again.Cons: We could not really use the couch under a large holly tree. It gets very dirty from the tree. Hot tub was relaxing but it did not seem to heat to the temperature. It may be because the cover was ill fitting.Overall Love!

Generally had a lovely stay and the home was cute and comfortable. Beds and linens were very nice. Property listing was a bit confusing/inconsistent in listing as a 2 or 3 BR. Third sleeping area is in an outbuilding without a bathroom. Some dishes needed to be washed/rinsed, and the outdoor area needed a little cleanup to enjoy easily. Just needed a little seasonal freshen up, but otherwise the space was nice and we enjoyed our time.

Heart Of The River really has it all! I truly couldn't have enjoyed my stay any more — the property is gorgeous, well stocked with everything one might need, and the management overseeing the rental were professional, kind, and readily available whenever I had a question or needed something. I had a relaxing and restorative getaway, and absolutely plan to be back.

Clean rooms, amazing property, close to the areas we were visiting. We will come back next year. Only recommendation and if I missed it I apologize but a big push broom to clear off the steps, patio and hot tub area. We tried our best to keep the home clean and leaves, debris out of the hot tub but a garage style push broom would hwv helped. Again if I missed it my bad. Can't wait to come back next year!!!

Great place!

We really enjoyed this rental! The house was very well stocked, the beds were comfortable, the hot tub was great, and the location was perfect for our day trips into Jenner. Such a nice yard too! Definitely would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in this area!

Great getaway

Lovely home with beautiful grounds and fun activities. We loved the hot tub and the outdoor shower, and we enjoyed using the ping pong table and the old school arcade. Wonderful hosts!

A Diamond in the ruff...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A total 5star home. Not a house but a home away from home. From the moment you walk in you can see and feel the love that went in to make your stay memorable. Everything and I mean everything top of the line. You need to bring only your food. It was more than a stay it was an experience. The spice draw was amazing and so unexpected. Guerneville is another experience all to itself. Ocean sunsets a short drive away. I will definitely be back again and again. I’m not good with writing how I feel so should you’d like to contact me I’d be happy to talk with anyone. Rental service knows how to get in touch with me. Remember you need bring nothing but yourselves and food.

Beautifully decorated property

A quaint, cute, well decorated property. The hot tub and yoga studio were a big bonus, and well utilized. The bedrooms were a little small (no room for suitcases) and the beds were a little hard for our taste, but overall it was a wonderful property.

Relaxing getaway

Beautiful setting. The home was very relaxing with lots of seating areas to read. Loved the way the early morning sun filtered through the living room windows. The home had everything we needed to enjoy our short get away. We would reserve again when coming back to the River.

Family Thanksgiving in the Redwoods

This property was very beautiful, comfortable and well-appointed for our family Thanksgiving. Many thoughtful touches made it even better, like a turkey roasting pan and baster waiting on the countertop. Everything was just perfect. Many family members said it was the best house we've ever rented. Thank you, Wright family, for many happy family memories to cherish!

Cozy river home perfect a weekend getaway

My family of 5 (3 young kids) and I stayed here for Xmas weekend and it was a great getaway. We had everything we needed, were comfortable and loved the quiet serene neighborhood setting in the woods near the river. There were a couple small things that needed improving but overall a great rental, even with a hot tub and separated guest house that my kids enjoyed. We would come back!
