The hosts really thought of everything. Well stocked. Clean. Super comfortable. The hot tub and outdoor shower were amazing! Completely enclosed for dogs which made our trip worry free.

THE BEST!!! A wonderful property. The best appointed/stocked rental we have ever had! The kitchen had everything a cook could want. The pup baskets were charming and appreciated. Great flow. Very clear instructions on how to operate everything and where to find things. Communication with host was easy and we always had a quick response to any questions. We were there for a girls weekend (4) and would definitely rent again.

We really enjoyed our time at this beautiful, private home!! House was very clean. Beds super comfortable!! Kitchen fully stocked, which was great! Enjoyed the hot tub, indoor and outdoor fireplace , and beautiful backyard. The casita a big bonus! A great location for exploring the Russian River area!

My family absolutely loved your home and my dog also loved the dog run! We especially loved being surrounded by all the amazing greenery, ferns and camelia trees were so beautiful. The bedrooms were spacious and the entire home was so cozy and the patio was large and peaceful. We also liked the short drive to downtown. We hope to visit this fabulous home again very soon!

We absolutely loved this property inside and out. This peaceful, well appointed home had everything we wanted for a quick getaway. It was cold and rainy the whole trip (typical February weather) but nothing hot tubbing with a morning coffee or adult beverage couldn’t cure. We will definitely be back for another trip later this year.

Beautiful, quiet and peaceful home and setting. The front and back unit are both homey and well equipped. The beds are a bit hard and so was the couch. Other than that the stay was lovely, if yoy have time enjoy the indoor or outdoor fireplace they are both beautiful.

Perfect two-home setting

This was the perfect set up for a trip with two small families. Temps were nice and cool in the June heat with the shade. Location is tucked Seat in nature with just 15 min drive east/west to get to Guernville/Jenner. Perfect family vacation.

Lovely Relaxing Week

This was a lovely home with everything needed to relax and enjoy the beautiful countryside. Hot tub and deck were especially nice and the kitchen was well appointed. The beds were super comfy! Could not have had a better experience.

Amazing Place to Vacation.

I took my girlfriend for a Bday get away and it could not have been better. The heated bathroom floor is amazing. The location to the woods to the ocean is perfect. Quiet spot and very clean.

Beautiful House!

We had a great time at this house, the suite worked great for my parents, and we loved the deck. great walks just from the house, and convenient location to the ocean and shops in guerneville.

Lovely, private and well appointed! We love our 3-night stay at Modern Zen. It was our second visit and I’m sure we’ll be back.

Wonderfully relaxing and serene!

Perfect place to get away from the chaos of our daily lives - would highly recommend to anyone looking for a serene place in the redwoods that is incredibly clean and offers everything you need to unplug!

Very relaxing

This property was close to events we were attending. It was very clean and comfortable with room for the whole family. Beautiful location. Completely magical around the redwoods.

Retreat in the woods

Wonderful retreat to a quiet wooded area out of the city. Having 2 units was perfect for the family. Hot tub was very nice. Would stay here again.

Beautiful week spent in the Redwoods

What a peaceful, amazing place to have had the pleasure of enjoying. Birds throughout the trees, fire pit to take the chill away after dark on the private deck, amazing access to the beach (ocean and river), just the perfect well spent at a stunning property.
