Home away from home!

It was great! We had access to management, but NEVER needed it because information was clear and everything was perfect. A great stay for a conference week!

Great location

Very clean and host was awesome very responsive with anything you needed. Couldn’t have ask for a better place. I will definitely come back for sure if I come to Denver again

Great place for the price, especially for a long stay!

Jon was a very helpful and an accommodating host. He put in more lights in the bathroom when we asked and gave us more access to towels and things since we were staying a month. He would check in from time to time to let us know he was there if we needed anything. He was always quick to respond to messages as well. The place is nicely stocked, and having the washer and dryer was very helpful! You could hear them upstairs (and I'm sure vice/versa) but all got quiet at a decent nighttime hour. I liked that we had our own entrance. There were some things that could be worked on (finishing touches), but overall, and for the really good price, it was a nice and cozy place with plenty of stores close by. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Denver Get-away

My wife, son (2.5 y/o) and I stayed at Jon's spot for a week. Jon's communication was excellent throughout the whole experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, having access to a washer & dryer and a kitchen was awesome. The place was clean and beds were comfy.

Denver Fun

Lovely house and great location! We had everything we needed for 5 of us to visit and make dinner every night. The Location was perfect for visiting sites in Denver, Boulder, and close access to skiing. We also visited Red Rock for a hike. Lots of shopping nearby as well. Jon was an incredible host! Very communicative and helpful.

Nice place, good views just 1 mile up the street

House looks like it was recently renovated and the yard was big for the area. Lots of playgrounds nearby for the kids. I went running in the mornings and there are some spectacular views of the mountains up the street. Only concern we had was the A/C unit was noisy when turning on/off. Our host was quick to respond and had the unit turned off overnight so it didn't disturb my wife when sleeping.

Overall not bad

Not a bad place. Would have probably not stayed here if the listing did not say they had a hot tube. When we got there there was not a hot tub. Owner did correct the listing. I would have like the rules to this property before the time to get refunded. And only other issue was the a/c control was upstairs with the owner. But I would have to say overall not a bad spot. Owners are nice people.

Never stay here again

Key pad never worked the first time. There was only one extra blanket. We went to Walmart and bought us each one. It’s 2023, get a keurig coffee machine. And if you’re going to have a drip coffee maker, ensure it works because it didn’t. It was dirty. I took a pictures, unsure if I’ll be able to upload them here. Hair along the baseboards, someone’s old hair tie. The world’s tiniest shower. Instructions upon check out to run the dishwasher. There is no dishwasher. We did wash our few cereal bowls by hand. Against my better judgment since we paid a hefty cleaning fee. Consolidate the trash?? Umm no. I’m not takkng my own trash out for $700. Next time I’ll stay in a hotel.
