This four bedroom home is newly redone inside and out. The backyard is great for relaxing on the patio or for grilling and gets shade so it's cool even on the hottest afternoons. TVs in every bedroom if you want to relax by yourself, there's also a game room.

It's near a very large off leash dog park if you have a furry friend. Just a couple blocks away there is a park with baseball fields and open space for the kiddos to run around, play structures, tennis courts and basketball courts.

The home is situated almost exactly between Denver and Boulder so it's as convenient as you can be to get to both. It is a couple of miles from flatirons Mall where there is shopping and dining. Situated in a quiet suburban neighborhood that is safe and easy to walk around the neighborhood. there is little traffic and plenty of off street and on street parking.

Great location, close to highways, shopping and restaurants. Perfect size for large family and a park nearby.House and furniture show wear and tear. Kitchen and baths are somewhat updated.Need new towels and replace broken blinds, small things like that will make a big difference and a higher rating. Thanks for the stay!

Perfect stay and distance to see Rocky Mountain, Breckinridge, Red Rocks, Garden of the Gods, Boulder, Brainard and caught a Rockies game! We even got to see great fireworks in Erie! We enjoyed the community pool and the well stocked house (paper towels, trash bags, detergent, TP) saved us time at the store so we had more time to explore the area. Thanks!

Almost all reviews left about this property are accurate...it is in a fantastic location, ample room for large groups, super easy to check in (suppose host COULD be more proactive about check-in information, but responds quickly when messaged). The grounds are not immaculate, but the hosts are cool and kind enough to allow pet travelers (we did not have one) and if anyone takes the time to look at the pictures, they clearly show what the back yard looks like! Surprisingly, I didn't see anyone review the bomb showers!! Water pressure and shower heads were fantastic!! Overall, we loved the house and our entire stay. Was it the most perfectly maintained house and yard in the entire universe? No it was not, but it was perfect for us and it was affordable and safe and comfortable and I would be happy to stay there every time we visit.

Great house for a family vacation. It is a nice quiet neighborhood with tennis/paddle ball courts and a playground two blocks away. The property manager was easy to work with and communicated well.

This property served every purpose we needed for our holiday stay! Very family oriented and comfortable. Communication with the owner was amazing and she went out of her way to make sure we had everything needed.

Hidden Gem in between Boulder and Denver

I cannot rave enough about our stay! The location and price were absolutely perfect!! The house had plenty of space for all of us (4 adults, 6 kids, and dogs). Beds were comfy, everything was clean, and we were in walking distance of the community pool, which the kids LOVED! We definitely plan to come back and recommend this place to others!!

Exactly what we needed!

This house was perfect for our extended family and us to stay in while we were in Colorado for the week. The property manager made sure we had plenty of bath towels on request and a crockpot! The beds were comfortable the pillows were wonderful!I would happily stay here again the next time we come to Colorado!
