Great place to stay with your boat. Really appreciated extras like the golf cart, bait freezer, and being able to bring our dog. Owner is very helpful and easy to communicate with. For me, the only drawback is trailer parking in Venture Out, which may or may not be available.

We visited this property in the off season so there was limited activity (no pickleball players).The house and dock were absolutely perfect. I had high expectations from the listing and we were not disappointed. Access to the water, the boat ramp, fuel and convenience items at the local store gets 5 stars as well.If you are taking a furry buddy that you treat as a family member, you will be disappointed. The HOA tolerates pets vs embracing them. Dogs can only be walked from your rental to outside the gate. You will get a “nasty gram” from the HOA if you take your dog for a stroll around the neighborhood.HOA gets 1 star. Everything else was excellent including communication with the property manager during our stay.

Great spot for exploring the Keys. The unit was very nice and had everything we needed. Beautiful spot to enjoy morning coffee on the back patio by the canal. Loved having use of the golf cart to get around. This gated community has many amenities. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub by the pool.

Great little spot, location was perfect, house was cozy, and the host was fantastic! The staff at Venture Out were also extremely courteous. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and great host! We brought our key west 1720 boat down and parked it behind the house. We had an awesome time going out and doing some fishing around Cudjoe key. Trailer parking was full, but the front office gave us some options around the area to park the trailer for around the same price they charge to park in venture out. It all went smooth. I would book to stay here again!

This is our second stay in the house. The first time it was a 5 star experience and this time was EVEN BETTER! Perfect for couples or family. We used the golf cart everyday which was a huge help and something that wasn’t available last time we stayed. We used the grill, fished off the dock and relaxed in the community pool most days. Amenities are everything you could need. Great restaurants and bars near by and grocery store in Big Pine is only 15/20 mins away. We had a great time and can’t wait to come back.

The house is conveniently located near many fun activities in the Keys, making it an easy drive away. It’s well-appointed with everything we needed, and the air conditioning worked exceptionally well. The outdoor space was a nice place to hang out!Our host was fantastic, always ready to answer our questions and check in with us regularly.

We enjoyed our stay. Check in and out was very easy. There was plenty of room for our family. We loved having the golf cart to drive around the community. We would stay again.
