Rockport trip

We stayed here for a weekend trip. The overall stay was nice. We had a bay view and right in front of the pool area. This is a condo but this room was more of a hotel feel with it being equipped with a mini fridge and microwave. We will definitely be staying here again.

We thank you for your positive feedback! We do have many units at Laguna Reef and those hotel rooms are labeled as studios. We definitely have one and two bedrooms for a future stay! We look forward to having you!

Just okay

The condo itself was clean! We were very disappointed by the fact that our son (age 10) could not get in the hot tub. It was not stated in the rental agreement anything about a child having to be 16 in order to get in, nor was is said in the listing itself. It was in the 70's and too windy to get in the pool, so we were not able to enjoy the pool area at all. We will not be staying again, due to this. If you have kids under 16, the hot tub will disappoint you!

Thank you for your feedback, Casey. We apologize for the disappointment regarding the hot tub age restriction, as it was not clearly communicated in the rental agreement or listing but is posted by the spa. We strive to provide accurate and transparent information to our guests, and we will work to improve our communication on such policies going forward. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we hope you'll consider staying with us again in the future. Miss Kitty's

It was nice. This wasn't the first time I've stayed there. Everything was good just didn't know why my family had to wear wristbands.
