This is a Tidewater "L" Plan which features a gulf front master bedroom and the WIDEST Balcony in all of Tidewater. This beautiful 16th floor condo will sleep 6 with a King Bed in the master, a bunk area with 2 FULL size bunk beds ideal for kids, and the queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Two full bathrooms and in unit washer/dryer along with granite countertops and stainless appliances are just a few of the awesome features of this condo.
You MUST be at least 25 years old to book this property per Tidewater HOA rules! You will be asked to show ID upon arrival.
Tidewater Beach Resort charges a $35+tax total resort fee payable upon arrival for parking* and wristbands for your stay.
Beach Chairs are NOT included with the rental.
Tidewater beach resort is located less than a mile west of pier park and will be the first building you see when driving from the airport. Tidewater features: 2 huge lagoon style pools with tiki bars - 2 gulf front hot tubs - huge gulf front work out facility - sauna - steam room - on-site movie theater - large conference room (great for corporate gatherings) - indoor heated pool - on-site coffee shop - on-site game room! -and much more!!! The resort is located on over 630' of beach frontage, you can have a blast in the water para sailing, jet skiing, and wind surfing, or just relax on the beach with a good book!
Parking is free and covered and would fit any regular size vehicle up to 7 feet. Guests are given permits for 2 cars.

We are a family of 4: Rachel, Nir, Daniel and Maya. We have lived, worked and travelled in more than 50 countries around the world and are based in GA since 2016. Our love for travel has brought us pretty quickly to explore various places and fall in love with the white sand of the Panhandle, and all the adventures it has to offer! We try to come to this area often and enjoy the amazing sunsets, wildlife, beaches, the fun activities, the delicious restaurants and most of all, the friendly people…

It offers a very nice view over the beach and enables watching marine animals out in the sea, such as turtles, dolphins and sting-rays. It is also very quiet from the bustling beach, yet very close to Pier Park and all its attractions
