Suite # 315 ... Questa suite offre il massimo in termini di vita in stile loft! Tre livelli, con soffitti da 18 piedi. 790 piedi quadrati Il primo piano offre una cucina in stile efficiente, un bagno di servizio, un'accogliente area salotto e pavimenti in bambù. C'è un ingresso diretto a un grande portico pubblico al terzo piano, che ha una splendida vista sui 480 acri di parco preservato e sentieri escursionistici del villaggio. Su per la scala a chiocciola, il mezzanino / ufficio di 10x9 piedi divide il soggiorno e la camera da letto. Qui c'è un letto a rotelle (2 letti singoli) e una scrivania. La grande camera da letto in stile loft ha bagno completo, letto matrimoniale e due lucernari. Questa unità ha due abbaini originali rivolti a ovest, che forniscono molto sole in tutto! Spazio ideale per due - quattro occupanti (ma può adattarsi di più per dormire sul divano o materasso gonfiabile, se necessario).

"Il villaggio" al Grand Traverse Commons.

Situato proprio ai margini della città, in "The Commons" di TC - il più grande progetto di conservazione storica del paese nel sito di un ospedale statale di 150 anni .. Passerelle pedonali e ampi prati, circondati da arboreti storici. Splendidi sentieri per escursioni a piedi e in bicicletta lungo Kid's Creek e attraverso 480 acri di parco preservato ... Le pareti in continua evoluzione e adornate d'arte del Mercato, un vasto mercato coperto nel Garden Level of Building 50, che attualmente ospita un ristorante italiano; Trattoria Stella, Galleria Building 50, Mercato degli agricoltori locali, Negozio di fiori Premier, Disegni Jeanette Veeder, Boutique equestre, Gastronomia Silvertree, boutique di moda, Black Star e Left Foot Charley Cantine locali e sale di degustazione. Sul posto sono anche presenti una torrefazione e un bar per la birra biologici del commercio equo e solidale, una pasticceria da forno in mattoni di piacere, il Salone De Capelli, una caffetteria sotterranea cheesecake, Cuppa Joe e uno studio di yoga e un negozio di prodotti per lo yoga. A pochi passi dal centro di Traverse City e dalla Grand Traverse Bay - la sua fantastica vita estiva!

Great stay!

Being in this apartment was very convenient! We loved the restaurants in the building! We brought bikes and rode around the area to different restaurants too. Great family vacation!!

Great place to stay!

We rented this loft style condo for a weekend and it was great! Very clean, cozy, and welcoming! Plenty of room in the loft, with a very comfy bed and clean living and bathroom areas. A quick drive to the downtown areas (about 2-3 minutes) and the coffee shop and other shops on site were pretty neat. Will definitely try to book this again next year!

Great place to stay!

My husband and his colleagues were attending a conference at this facility and this unit met their needs perfectly! It was convenient and comfortable. Would definitely return. The owner was great communicating and a pleasure in all our dealings.

I wont stay anywhere else in TC

We had the best time at Chelsea's property. I love the little community that surrounds the Village. The unit is 3 stories high and is already on the top floor. The adjacent patio is the best place to spend the day. The beds were comfy and we had everything we needed including great communication from the owner.

Great time in Traverse City

We came from Georgia for a surprise visit to family in the area. Both my parents worked at the hospital in the late 60's early 70's so we got the best tour imaginable. What a neat location for a rental, beautiful buildings, beautiful water, and downtown shopping all so close!! We loved it! Thank you so much for allowing us to share your home.

Really enjoyed it, would stay again

We loved everything about our stay. The grounds at the Village were beautiful! Our host was great, she checked in on us on the first day just to ensure all was well. We had no issues with our property. We enjoyed learning about the history and highly recommend the flashlight asylum tour. We were close to everything, great food, beaches and a short drive from the dunes. We will definitely be back! Oh and don’t forget brunch at Redspire! You’ll love it.

Weekend getway

Nice location on the grounds of the Traverse City Village Commons. Plenty of shops and a few nice restaurants on the property. Hiking trails are also nearby.

Wonderfully unique location in Traverse City

If you are looking for a different place to stay next time you visit Traverse City I recommend the Commons. The location is full of history, shopping, and close to downtown. If I have any suggestions it would be the cleanliness could have been a bit more thorough.

Great Location

Great location! A short drive to downtown TC, wineries, and restaurants. Chelsea was responsive to all inquiries. The kitchen had minimal cookware (saucepans, skillets, etc.), but it was manageable. The area was quiet and parking was close to the unit.

4th of July extended weekend

I don't usually complain about a property that I have rented but I was very disappointed in this unit. The unit was dirty, lots of dust on the furniture lots of cob webs throughout. The kitchen sink didn't look like it had been cleaned in a long time it looked and felt very greasy. The furnishings were extremely sparse from the furniture to the kitchen furnishings. The dish soap was so diluted that it didn't even make suds for washing dishes. There were no dish rags or dish towels and no hair blower (which was included as an item furnished). The kitchen furnishings are all mismatched, looks like they came from a thrift store or garage sale. The unit needs some major TLC or a complete remodel. The building and the grounds are beautiful but not this unit. The furnishings are old and mismatched. The TV is smaller than a computer monitor. The roof top deck is amazing but there was only 2 old folding chairs and a rusty table to use. (I'm so glad we brought our own bag chairs but a nice table and chairs with an umbrella would be a great addition). If you are looking for a nice, updated fully furnished unit - please look elsewhere.

Great location for easy access to fabulous restaurants, shops, and a winery. Beautiful trails on the state hospital property. We enjoyed our stay!

Loved being near shops and restaurants. Unit had what we needed, but couch was stained and uncomfortable, kitchen stools very hard, couldn't cool upstairs enough to sleep but fan worked, shower leaks, door bumps into fridge

Perfect getaway

The loft is simple and unique. Bed was super comfortable and the outdoor deck was used every day! We had everything we needed! The shops and restaurants downstairs were charming and we left money well spent there! We could not have picked a better place to stay!

First anniversary

Everything was perfect for our trip. The location was absolutely stunning and the rental was beautiful and the whole establishment was an experience in itself. We are definitely looking forward to coming back to the city and will almost certainly book the same property again

Quick review of Loft Condo at Traverse Village

Communication very good. Condo in great location with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Thought the circular stairs up to the Loft could be a challenge but was actually easy to negotiate. Check in very easy.

So sweet

I loved staying at Chelsea’s place in the old state hospital. There is so much to do and explore just in that little area that you could just stay put there for a little vacation. The apartment was well lit, in a great location and communication with the host was easy. Would definitely like to book another trip next time I’m in Northen Michigan!

TC with the grandkids!

We love staying at the commons when we are in Traverse City!! Such a neat property! This was a nice rental with everything we needed. The balcony was great for some fresh air and people watching. The space could use a little updating but was other very clean and comfortable.
