A fantastic studio right on the beach. Steve was very helpful with information we needed. The only issue I would like to have had mentioned is that most out the town closes for the month of September. It was difficult to find restaurants that were open. We’ll definitely come back to stay at this studio, just not in September.

Great place and location

A nice place to stay in Los Barriles. Having the convenience of the hotel and pools right at your doorstep was great! Close to town for shopping and of course the beaches are beautiful Enjoyed our stay very much..

Great place, great location, great stay

I would highly recommend this condo for a short Cabo stay in the Los Barilles area. Although we didn't play pickleball, the courts and entire set up for pickleball is stellar. The condo itself has everything you could want, amazing balcony views, and the food at the Bayside restaurant was great.

Looking forward to our next trip already

We had our 10th trip to celebrate our 25th anniversary and family and friends also stayed at the villas. The trip was perfect and so was Los Barriles, still small quaint friendly town….we LOVE that!

Great Condo!

This is one of the better condos in Los Barriles. Not one problem came up during our stay and provided everything we needed. Very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Steve our host was great, had the condo booked and then had to cancel the day before with Steve because of a family emergency, he was great to work with and I was able to rebook our reservation a week later with no problems. The condo is very clean and very well supplied with everything to be very comfortable. Thanks again Steve and look forward to next year.

Great condo and location

Perfect location for an East Cape stay. The condo is attractive, clean, well stocked, sound proof, and the views cannot be beat! Friendly neighbors and staff, and we loved that we could walk to town and dining either by road or beach. Thanks for sharing your place. We would love to return.

This unit was perfect for our week long stay. Quiet and right across from pool on 2nd floor. All kitchen amenities available, comfortable bed and beautiful sunrise everyday. Thank you Steve!

Beach paradise!

Beautiful and clean room, nice balcony overlooking pool, beautiful ocean view. Very nice bathroom, easy access to pools and services at adjoining hotel. Excellent service and good food at restaurant right downstairs. Would highly recommend!!! Big thank you to Pedro who is so helpful and kind!

Beautiful location

We loved our stay at Steve’s condominium: it was clean, comfortable and had absolutely everything you would need. You can walk along the beach as far as you want but the beach right below the condo is great for swimming, kayaking or just relaxing. We watched amazing sunrises every morning right from the balcony. There is a nice restaurant and bar right in front of the condominium building , and many more restaurants and taquerias within a walking distance.

**Review for VRBO Stay in Los Barriles** Our stay in Los Barriles was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to local attractions. The condo was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The host's communication was excellent, always friendly and prompt in responding to our questions. We truly felt taken care of throughout our stay. We would definitely book this condo again in the future. Highly recommend!

We are familiar with the area and have been there multiple times looking for a home to purchase. This VRBO is in an excellent location with a beautiful view. You can’t get any closer to the water.Owner/property manager seems attentive. A few things were broken during our stay but appear to be getting fixed. The AC had a hard time keeping up with the heat, which is probably normal for the area and this time of year.We would stay there again.

Thank you for staying with us and Im glad you enjoyed the condo. After getting your review I contacted the property manager who tells me that an AC repair man is coming to look at the unit. Usually it can cope with the heat. Sorry it wasnt 100% for your stay. I always try to be available to help, if possible, if guests alert me to issues although the manager is usually able to deal with them.

Amazing East Cape Condo!

10/10 stay! Cute, clean & well stocked. Communication with the owner & the check in/ check out process was stellar. Pedro the property manager was present & helpful when needed. Water purification system was a huge plus. Enjoyed sunrises from the balcony & snorkeling from the private beach area. Evenings at the pool & swim up bar. Steve the owner provided lots of local restaurant tips and info.
