Questo delizioso appartamento è su un tre miglia tratto di spiaggia che è un'isola barriera classico. L'isola è ancora incontaminata dal sviluppo commerciale. Mentre prevalentemente residenziale, è a meno di 30 minuti a Pensacola o la zona Ft Walton / Destin.

Emerald Surf è uno dei condomini meno congestionate su Navarre Beach con oltre 300 piedi di fronte golfo e solo 45 unità. La vostra famiglia sarà in grado di godersi le spiagge di sabbia bianca o una nuotata nella nostra piscina lato dell'oceano.

Il nostro condominio ha una vista frontale del Golfo dove la spiaggia e mare sono a pochi passi. Si tratta di un 1.125-piede quadrato 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni situato al 3 ° piano. E 'decorata professionalmente. Potrete godere di porte scorrevoli in vetro che si aprono sia dalla zona giorno e camera da letto matrimoniale sul vostro balcone privato.

La camera da letto principale ha un nuovo letto king size e la seconda camera ha due letti singoli. La zona soggiorno ha un divano matrimoniale. Il condominio dormirà 6. Ci sono ampie lenzuola e armadio per tutti. La cucina è completamente attrezzata.

Family vacation

We typically stay in Pensacola and decided to venture into Navarre this year. This condo was a perfect fit for our family. It had everything we needed, the beach wasn’t crowded, and a pool for the little one.

Great Location for a Quiet Stay

This condo was perfect for our family of four. It's close to the residential neighborhoods and provides a quiet place to stay with a perfect beach just steps away. It is so peaceful, my family spent the first day napping, resting, and enjoying the large patio that overlooks the ocean. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful getaway

The condo was perfect! Everything was clean and condo was decorated perfectly for a stay on the beach. The beds were comfortable. The walk to the beach was short and you didn’t have to wait forever for an elevator. Wonderful place!!

We had the absolute best vacation. The space was perfect. The beach was perfect-not crowded at all on a holiday weekend. The food was perfect. We can't wait to make this our annual tradition.

Needs some repairs, but otherwise great.

The condo is well decorated and was clean at check in. The location is perfect and the beach access is great. The beach in front of this condo is not as busy or crowded as it is closer to the pier. We were able to rent beach chairs online for the week. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. The main issue that needs attention is the humidity in the condo. Some days during our stay it was over 70% humidity making the unit and carpet feel damp and smell musty. I believe the humidity levels is what caused the towels to smell like mildew. The air conditioner ran almost non stop but in short cycles turning off/on almost every 10 minutes. It really is a lovey unit and met all our needs and is in a perfect spot on the beach a little further from the crowd. I just think the hvac unit needs some maintenance.

Nice but felt it could be better

The place was very clean and looked like the listing. Everything worked well, appliances etc. However our wifi was horrible. When we first checked in I noticed there were only 2 bands for the pool, there were 4 of us in the room so I reached out to let our contact know we only had 2, also that we couldn't get the wifi to work. Never heard back from them at all, the whole week. Good thing we didn't have any really serious issues. I also feel like there could have been more towels for the bathrooms and the kitchen. Only one towel for kitchen, but several wash cloths. I don't know, maybe I have been spoiled by other places I have stayed with welcome notes being left and a gift baskets. There were 3 games, some boogie boards and pool things. Dresser in master bedroom was pretty janky. Minimal cleaning items, no vacuum. Fan/light in the living room was hard to get to work, could have used a heads up on that. Just feel like it could have been better.

We (4 adults and a 6 year old) enjoyed our 5 night stay at Emerald Surf. This is our 18th year at the beach and we can honestly say that Emerald Surf is one of the most well equipped, beautifully decorated and comfortable condos we have ever stayed in. We only have one recommendation and that is to replace the shades in the kitchen and guest bedroom. Not only does the sun shine straight through (you will need a sleep mask) but guests walking on the walkway can see clearly into both rooms. Thank you Ashley for allowing us to make our 2026 family memories in your beautiful vacation home.

Beautiful condo. I loved the little extras the host gave. Cleaning request were very resonable. Navarre is a perfect location. No need to leave the beach but if you do Pensacola is a 20 minute beach drive to the west and Fort Walton is a 30 minute drive to the east.

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was even better than the pictures, which is rare, and it exceeded all of our expectations. Everything was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The beds were comfortable, the entire condo felt spacious.The location couldn’t have been more convenient. Having such easy access to both the pool and the beach made our vacation so enjoyable. We’ve been vacationing at the beach for 15 years, and this is honestly our favorite place we’ve ever rented.The only small thing worth mentioning is that the blinds in the second bedroom didn’t provide complete privacy at night. From outside, you could see into the room. So adding blackout curtains or improving the window covering would make it perfect but not a deal breaker. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a wonderful beach vacation!Also Ashley was so great at responding so quickly via messages. Thank you Ashley!

Loved everything about this place. It is decorated so cute! A few pieces of art reminded me of Louisiana where I’m from. We ate every meal & enjoyed down time on the balcony as the views from it are way better in person than photos. I’m going to miss the sound of the waves comfy bed! The beach access steps away did NOT get/feel overcrowded on the best beach days; Plenty of room for everyone & all the guests were friendly. When I’m ready to bring my kids to the beach in a couple years, I will for sure stay here again. Thank you so much!

Location was perfect! 3rd floor is perfect for taking the stairs or elevator. Check in process was super easy and we were even able to check in early which was so nice! All communication was very clear and fast. Would definitely stay here again!!

Fall 2022 at Ashely’s Emerald Surf condo.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit has a wide balcony with a spectacular view of the gulf. Access to the beach is via a boardwalk that passes over native grasses. Exiting the condo, you can be on the sand in five minutes, tops. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a beautiful view through sliding glass doors that we opened at night to enjoy the sound of the surf. The second bedroom has two queen size beds. Our top priority was a view of the gulf and close access to the beach. If yours includes watching the sun sink into the gulf from the balcony, you will be disappointed, at least in October, as the building blocks the view. You can, of course, walk down to the beach to get the full experience. We liked the fact that Emerald Surf is not a mega-development. It is only five stories tall, with the unit on the third floor, which was perfect. There is a large complex about 100 yards to the east of Emerald Surf, but to the west there are none so the beach is not crowded. The biggest disappointment was the balcony furniture which consisted of inexpensive plastic chairs (surprising for such an otherwise upscale property) that are uncomfortable (reclining is not an option) and not suitable to sitting for long stretches. Also in the negative category is the master bath that is dated and in need of some TLC. And, shockingly, there are no recycling bins on the property. We ended up taking our empty beer cans home, but I am sure that plenty went directly into the dumpster. Despite these relatively minor issues, we will happily return. Here are some tips. A company called La Dolce Vita handles chair and umbrella rentals for $35 per day. You can reserve ahead of time on their website, or you can contact the attendant by phone on the number posted at the beach. There is no assigned parking. Instead, you will need to display a parking pass, obtained from inside the unit, on your dash to avoid a tow. Best bet for unloading is to park near the elevator and grab one of the carts near the elevator to transport your stuff. Finally, I will mention the snafu that we experienced with the booking. The way it is supposed to work is that after you provide payment info, the owner has 24 hrs to approve. When we didn’t hear for over 16 hrs, I reached out to Ashley. After a bunch of back and forth with we finally got it done. She told me that this wasn’t the first time she’s had a problem with the app.

Excellent condo with a million dollar view

This condo has the perfect location for our family with young children. The pool and the beach are just steps away. The view is incredible!

The pictures are from before the the remodel. Everything is freshly painted and decorated and the furniture is completely different. This was was perfect for us and even better than we expected!
