Beautiful Home That Needs Love
This property is stunning. The house is older but is perfect for large parties. Nothing can describe the view from the backyard.
Check in was very easy. It was a self check in process. You don’t get any information about check in until late the night before. I was staying at this house with friends and family as we were planning a wine tasting trip in Temecula. The location of this house was perfect for that and very close to wineries. It’s about a 15-20 minute drive to Old Town Temecula. We had 11 people total staying in the house and we had so much space. No one felt crowded.
A couple things I wish I didn’t have to say on here: The plumbing in the house needs work. It may be on a septic tank. I was staying in the master bedroom and the room immediately smelled like sewage the entire trip. Anyone that walked into the room would agree. Some sinks and showers drip and are unable to turn completely off. Some toilets are continually running all the time which is just loud and you have to listen to it all night. I messaged the manager of the property in regard to this and I would get the continual message of “let me know if you need immediate assistance”. I received the same response when I told him there was a dead rat in the pool and it was unusable or that the spa was not heated. The spa took a whole day to heat so we were unable to use the pool or spa. This house was not inexpensive and no compensation was given. I hope the manager resolves these issues.
