Lovely and very quiet location!

The home and location were lovely and very quiet. Short walk to the beach.. Staff and maintenance were quick to handle issues that occurred during stay.

The house was super clean!

The house was super clean with crisp white sheets. The salt water pool in December was wonderfully heated.

Beautiful property! Wonderful pool ! Proximity to the beach was great ! Would highly recommend and would stay at again if we ever return to Anna Maria Island !

The house was perfect for our needs!

The house was perfect for our needs, nice pool, great location … short walk to the beach and walkable distance to the doctors office (our new favorite spot) - the pool area could use some TLC with set up and furniture … just a lot of random furniture set everywhere but not a deal breaker.

We are already making plans to stay here again. It's a beautiful house with a pool and walking distance to shops and the beach - unbeatable!! The team at Seabreeze was always responsive and helpful as well. Awesome time on AMI!!

The house is great!

The house is great. Very convenient for a small family and it really is just a few minutes walk to the beach. They had all the beach equipment including a wagon to haul it all there. The pool was a nice break from the beach and everything was clean. The host was very responsive and cleared up some misunderstandings about communication in a gracious way. They were very easy to work with and we would definitely stay with this host again.

CUTE LITTLE COTTAGE. EASY WALK TO THE BEACH. NICE POOL. WE HAD EVEYTHING WE NEEDED IN THE KITCHEN BUT A POTHOLDER. OVERALL ENJOYED OUR STAY.

Secluded Paradise

My wife and I loved this property for the seclusion, ability for our dog to enjoy his first beach vacation, the size and the amenities. The walk to the beach was easy and close! We had no problem getting to restaurants and other places from here. The monkey bus also had no problem finding us. I have been coming to Anna Maria Island for roughly 30years and would recommend this property to others. Loved it for our 1 year anniversary!!

Great company that focuses on the details and ensures the customers priorities are first. Never had an issue that I could not get a response for within a couple of minutes. Appreciate everyone's dedication and care during our stay.

The property wasn’t bad, but didn’t seem completely cleaned upon arrival. The company did address this very quickly andDropped off a new vacuum and mop. The house wasn’t exactly as pictured. No checkers game out front, and no carpets out back which made for some very uncomfortable walking around the pool. And might be helpful to post a picture of dinnerware/cooking utensils/etc that’s included so folks can be prepared. The house isn’t super kid friendly but we made due. Proximity to the beach and shops was FANTASTIC and the neighborsWe’re incredibly pleasant. We loved the spaciousness of the house, alarms on the door to the pool and the large beds. I would strongly urge SeaBreeze to provide more to vacationers. I’m assumed we’d need to get supplies but I didn’t think allPurpose cleaner, pinesol to mop the floors, etc would be on the list. It’s hard to buy laundry pods, dishwasher pods and toilet paper in small quantities and without them going to waste. Not necessarily a downfall to the property but a suggestion to the property management team. All in all, we loved the pool (was bigger than anticipated), love the proximity, love the extra large parking space for a rental and a golf cart and love the responsiveness to issues. Just may want to update picturesWe would return when our kids are older but for younger kids, it’s not super friendly for them.

Disappointed

We chose a house based on a private pool. The pool here was nasty and full of algae!! The rental company said the home owner controlled the pool cleaning. They still called the pool company for us which we appreciated. The pool man came out and added something to the water and broomed a couple areas. You could see exactly where he did this and where he did not. Algae was still on side of walls and on steps. Completely nasty. Do not rent this property if a pool is important to your family!! We drove 10 hours for an algae pool!!! The stopper in the kitchen sink had mold on the bottom of it and drinking glasses had to be washed before we could use them. Also there is a “jungle” of some sort next door with cats running around.
