We are only minutes from Price Chopper grocery store. Only minutes away from CVS and Walgreens pharmacy and many restaurants and shopping areas.

This 2 story home is cozy and spacious.
The first floor has two bedrooms, the kitchen, living room, dining room and a cute little breakfast nook.
The first bedroom is the master where you'll find a king size bed. The attached master bathroom has a luxurious walk in shower and a claw foot tub that is perfect for taking a relaxing bath.
The second bed has a king bed, twin daybed with trundle. There is an attached bath and walk in shower.
The second floor has 3 bedrooms. The first has two twin beds. The second and third bedrooms have a queen bed and twin daybeds. There are TV's in all of the bedrooms.
The finished basement is a great hangout spot. Equipped with a pool table, ping pong table, TV, half bath, plenty of seating as well as having a twin daybed.
The outdoor space is just as amazing. You'll find two fire pits. Seating placed throughout the 6 acres of land. The 1800's cabin. There's even a Frisbee golf course. You'll never want to leave.

The best way to get around is driving or catching a ride with Uber or Lyft which are always readily available.

Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet for long term stays.
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.

No parties or gatherings.
The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.
