Come enjoy all the best that Fredericksburg has to offer in our spacious 3 Bed 3 Full Bath, 2,411 sq ft home just 1 mile from Main! Perfect for girls' trips, couples getaways, and family gatherings. Each oversized bedroom includes 2 queen beds with private bathrooms for a total of 12 guests max. After a day of wine tasting there's nothing better than unwinding in the relaxing hot tub or just enjoying the beautiful backyard. House is stocked with all the comforts to make you feel at home!

We are available if needed as well as our local property manager.

Perfect house for friends and family to get together

The house is ideally located. Itd about an hour and half away from San Antonio and 20 mins away from Enchandent rock. It actually accomodates 12 people unlke others we had rented that will put bunk beds or count pull outs as beds. Three full bath which are eachnattached to one bedroom which is perfect for 3 families

Updated Wine Country Home

Longtime friends and my husband and I stayed at the Queen Haus for a wine country get away. We were very comfortable at the home. It was clean and well furnished and stocked. If we had been cooking it had everything anyone would need. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were high quality. We enjoyed having a fire in the fire pit in the evenings and concluded the evenings with a glass of wine and a soak in the hot tub. The only thing that was an issue at the home was the lack of grass and care in the landscaping. It would have been a very pretty view if that had been kept up. Overall it was one of the best homes on VRBO that we have stayed in. Thanks to the owners for providing a great place to relax after a day of wineries.

Birthday get away with friends!

This house was perfect! We had a group of 10 girls celebrating a birthday over the weekend. The living room, dining and kitchen space were spacious and open all together. It was perfect for all of us hanging out! I wish we would have had more time to use more of the back yard, but the fire pit was perfect. Each room had their own bathroom with lots of space, perfect for 10 girls getting ready. I contacted the owner once for something and he was incredibly nice and prepared. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again!!

Fantastic Property!

A small group of us went for my daughter’s bachelorette wine tour. Russell is a fantastic property owner, he was quick to respond to questions and gave us lots of recommendations! The house was cozy, the beds were comfy, the hot tub was so nice in the cold January weather, and the fire pit was such fun! Nice decor inside and kitchen is well stocked with all you need, including great appliances! Highly recommend this property where all rooms are like hotel rooms with two queen beds and their own separate bathrooms! Thank you Russell!!

Great House!

The house was a great size ! With enough room for everyone to be comfortable. Best part is that each bedroom has there own bathrooms! We had a great thanksgiving weekend!! Will definitely stay there again .

We purchased this home due to our love of Fredericksburg. Being from Austin, this is one of our favorite getaway spots. We have all been coming to Fredericksburg for years together and as our families have grown, we wanted a place that we could enjoy with our kids. We love the idea of opening our home to others that will hopefully enjoy it just as much as we do!

Just one mile from Main street for all the Fredericksburg charm you can handle! Very comfortable sleeping arrangements with 6 queen beds. Per City of Fredericksburg Ordinance, we are capped at 12 total Guests. Due to severe fire hazard & red flag warnings for the Hill Country, The City of Fredericksburg has banned use of the outdoor fire pit. No smoking inside or anywhere on the property. No vaping inside. Guest must sign Rental Agreement and make refundable $500.00 Security Deposit. As this is our second home, we have several outside security cameras for the protection of us and our Guests that are recording at all times.
