This home is located in the center of Coeur d'Alene is known for its proximity to downtown Coeur d'Alene. A quiet neighborhood with older homes and the feel of a small town. A one mile bike or walk has you in the middle of the action!
Sherman Street - All things Coeur d'Alene! Shops, restaurants, bars, and its only 1 mile away.
McEuen Park - Tennis courts, basketball, splash pad, play structure, and Tubbs Hill Hiking makes this a "must-do"
City Park - A little further at the end of Sherman, is our City Park complete with a Carousel, public beach, basketball courts, play structure, and a stage for local concerts.

In the event of a canceled reservation, the client acknowledges and agrees to pay a credit card processing cancellation fee equivalent to 4% of the total reservation amount. This fee will be charged to the client's credit card used for the initial booking and will be deducted from any refund issued.
