Ci sono due suite private di grandi dimensioni. La suite matrimoniale King è un rifugio romantico, arredato in modo confortevole, con un lanai privato per guardare quei meravigliosi tramonti hawaiani. Meet all our needs

The condo was just as advertised and described. We enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle but yet close enough to access everything we needed. We appreciated all the beach equipment and cooler. The evening sunsets were perfection and we enjoyed seeing the 4th of July fireworks from the condo.

Nice property

The house had everything the website said it would and actually had nice pot, pans and other kitchen stuff. Usually that stuff is like cast offs from their “real” home, but I enjoyed cooking at this rental. My husband enjoyed the grill and our young adult kids enjoyed the dishwasher lol. The beds were fine and it was nice to have living room furniture that’s not wicker in an island setting for once. The location was great for all we had planned (night manta ray snorkeling was amazing). There were lots of great suggestions in the binders provided and the beach closet full of hats, umbrellas, random flippers and such came in handy a few times. The pool/hot tub was a 2 min walk and was never crowded while we were there. We would recommend this place to friends or family. Here is a pic of the view from the primary bathroom upstairs and the balcony.

Restoration in Paradise

My husband and I stayed for 7 nights for a last-minute getaway. It's always nerve-wracking to choose places on short notice. Denise was very responsive in answering our questions before and throughout the stay. Everything was as described, and there were no unexpected surprises. We didn't need all of the space with just the two of us, but we were delighted to have it for the week. While we spent much of our time exploring the island, we also enjoyed slow mornings and evenings sitting on the lanais, reading and simply enjoying the surrounding beauty. We will miss the cheerful, curious little geckos that would appear from time-to-time. The home is located very conveniently and with gorgeous views and was outside of the crowded downtown area. It was very well stocked with cookware and outdoor items. The "beach/outdoor," shared closet has many items for island adventures, such as beach chairs/towels, snorkeling gear, and an insulated lunch bag. Be sure to check the host-provided list before packing. We would not hesitate to recommend this property and host. The only downside, truly, was that our time had to end.

Kona Condo

Nicely equipped condo for a week on the Big Island. Loved the sunset views from the lanai off the master bedroom. We utilized the snorkeling gear and beach chairs on most days, and the nearby shopping complex made groceries easy.

Great Location, roomy & fully equipped condo

The condo's location was great for exploring the island. The condo was roomy, comfortable, and fully equipped. We were pleased with the great condition of the kitchen appliance, cookware, etc. (this isn't the case in many other condos which we have stayed in) We were also pleased so many items in what we called "the beach closet"....towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, sun hats, etc. It was so nice to "not" have to purchase those items to use. The owners were great communicators. They gave us ideas of where to go & what to see. (via emails & binders/books in their condo) Regarding condo/facility use: We knew exactly what was expected of us, and their instructions were easy to follow. The pool/hot tub for the gated community was always well-kept. Thank you, owners, for making our visit so easy and memorable!

Wonderful vacation rental

This home has everything you would ever need from kitchen appliances and utensils to everything you could possibly want for a wonderful fun day at the beach. It is centrally located for shopping and dining. If you stay here you will have a great vacation.

Great location, great views, great time!

What we appreciated most about this property was that we literally just had to show up. After 16 hours of flights, the last thing we wanted to do was make a "quick stop" to get essentials, and Denise made sure that wasn't necessary. Literally everything we needed was there. This property was a perfect location for us as it was just outside the craziness of historic Kona, but close enough to get there easily if we wanted. Also a very short walk to grocery, drug store, and my new favorite coffee shop, Clover and Mug! The complex and unit were quiet and peaceful with amazing views from the balcony. The unit was also a very short walk to the pool.

Vacation rental at it's best!

A friend from high school and I spent a week in your incredibly well appointed condo. Check in was super easy. The condo was totally provisioned from a well stocked kitchen to the water sports equipment. These owners have thought of everything! They clearly care about your comfort in their home. Well Done!!! Wonderful location and great “Home Base”

Easy to get to, clean, well-stocked, and host was extremely responsive and helpful. This trip was mainly a dive trip and I met my adult son for several days of diving for a Mother’s Day trip. We enjoyed the lanai/patio during both our morning coffee and dinners. We could see and hear the ocean waves and the grounds were well maintained, and full of fragrant flowers, trees, and bushes. The condo was extremely spacious and had many amenities! We would not hesitate to return to Kona or rent this property. It was easily accessible and close to a variety of activities without feeling we were in the middle of the busy traffic of the center of town. Very close to both a grocery, many dining spots and a few farmer/art markets as well!

Everything we'd hoped for!

This townhouse is awesome and had everything we needed with easy access to anywhere we wanted to go. The owners were great and very responsive. The view of the ocean and sunsets was an added bonus, and it was fun to watch the birds from the patio at breakfast. Beautiful!

Home away from home

I love the gated community… although it is Hawaii(safe). It was nice allowing my daughter to walk to the pool by herself. Sadly it was only open one out of the eight days. You might want to confirm that b4 booking because the “older ones” we’re relying on the pool. It was easy access to the beach, even though we had to walk a little bit farther than we should have because of the Park being closed. It was just a ten minute walk to what felt like a private beach in the morning and amazing snorkeling. The place is super conveniently located. Perfect size, comfortable beds, the air conditioning worked perfectly. Everything was just perfect. It was like our home away from home. Can’t wait to return. I mean literally, I am looking at booking flights now. Mahalo

Above expectations!

Nothing but good things to say about this property for our family of 2 adults and 3 teens. The home was well equipped, very roomy and comfortable, with enough space for everybody to enjoy privacy on both floors if needed with spacious common areas for comfortable time together. Also, a lot of privacy between the two rooms. Comfortable beds. We ended up with the teens in the master bedroom and they were happy. Fantastic views of the sunset from the lanai in that room too! Safe, gated community. Pool was clean and inviting. Walking distance from Kahaluʻu beach and short driving distance from some of the best snorkeling spots on the island, which mattered to us! The owners were very responsive and accommodating. They put together a very helpful binder chock-full of information about local and island-wide recommendations. Travel books were also available for both the house and (thoughtfully) the beach. More than enough beach/bodyboard/snorkeling gear for the whole family. All in all, a very pleasant stay and we recommend heartily as a perfect base to visit the Kona coast or the whole Big Island. Mahalo Denise!

Fantastic place to stay with excellent hosts!

This was our first time to the Big Island and we'll be back. Denise was very easy to communicate with and was a joy to work with. The unit and the development exceeded our expectations. The unit was big, clean and had everything we needed. The grounds were exceptionally clean and the pool/hot tub/gym was used daily. The location was also excellent. Close enough to town but just far enough away. It was easy access to places in both directions. All recommended restaurants, beaches, etc., were spot-on. We will be back to the island and we'll definitely look to stay here again. We really can't think of anything we could improve on by staying somewhere else.

Just perfect

I was already for the third time in this house. As usual everything is perfect. Everything you need is there. You can also find everything for a day at the beach. The entire residential complex is in very good condition, as I know it from 2018. I also really like that the owners are still the same. Denise always replies very quickly. I will definitely stay here again on my next Hawaii vacation.

Superb location and accommodations

We spent 30 days at this property. The condo was spacious, clean, quiet, well appointed, and wonderful to stay at. Everything was perfect. Great location! I would stay at this condo again in a heartbeat.

We have enjoyed consistent sunshine, the warm people, the variety of six ecosystems and climates within a thirty minute drive and so much more. Everyone in the family has a favorite activity or three; from body surfing, horseback riding, running, sunbathing, antique shopping, dining out or snorkeling and volcano touring.
