My husband and I had a very relaxing stay. When we arrived the code to unlock the door would not work but the host had that fixed within a few minutes. We were close enough to everything but not right on top of the commotion. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute little cabin. The location was very handy to the national park for us, and we found some nice local places to eat. We hadn’t realized there was no dishwasher so we did feel it is not sanitary to rely on others to ensure clean dishes. The old tvs and very basic cable could definitely use an upgrade, although we didn’t watch very much anyway. My husband enjoyed fishing in the pond and we also appreciated the hot tub which was relaxing after a day of hiking. Our Labrador was welcomed at the cabin and had a great time. All in all, we had a very nice, quiet stay which was just what we needed.

It's located on the outskirts of town and it had breath taking views on the way up to the cabin. Check-in was easy and it didn't matter the time of night we arrived. The hot tub with the pond view was amazing. A flock of geese came to the pond one night...so seeing the wildlife up close was pretty neat. The cabin itself was very clean...I loved the home away from home feel. The heart shaped jacuzzi tub could've been washed out a little better, but still pretty nice. We overall enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Everything was clean. Smelled good. Straightforward check in. 10/10 would book again just far enough outside town to have privacy but not so far that its a "Oh my God" drive to get to the attractions shops etc

Its in a quiet peaceful area with beautiful cabins away from all the activities. The cabin is lovely and bed is very comfortable. The cabin is as pictured and very nice. There were turkey's, ducks , all kind of small animals. The pond was nice to look at and clean.We had a great time and highly recommend this cabin.Communication was great and very prompt.

The Romantic Cabin just a dirty little unkept cabin. The Air condition was on hold at 78 degrees- took us hours trying to get it off.. The TV wouldn’t work and a cleaning ladies got it to work after couple days of being here. The dishes in the cabin were nasty so I wash them before I used them. They knew we were coming and we shouldn’t had all the problems. We spent over 1200 for the cabin.

This is very disappointing. We are sorry you were not happy that I was unable to add a night on to your stay, as we already had guests scheduled in for the day of your checkout. The cleaners waited for 2 hours past checkout to be able to get in to clean. To which we did not charge for. I sent someone the morning after check in to help you with the remote and offered to send someone back out that evening to help adjust the thermostat. Even if user error, we were still happy to help. I do hope you were still able to enjoy your time in the Smokies.

We loved the screen in porch. Not enough paper towels or toilet paper, but we made it work. Very clean!!

The cabin is super nice and perfect for our little family. The only issue we had was that the sofa bed was too uncomfortable for our son and we had to all sleep in one bed. Overall amazing time and experience and we love the pond and how easy it was to get to places.

I enjoyed everything about this cabin. Nice location that feels secluded but only 5-10 mins from everything. It was very clean and had everything you could need available. The hot tub was nice, wifi worked great, washer and dryer if needed.
