The property is very family friendly with constant security and attention from the staff. We experienced Hurricane Isaisis in this condo and felt 100% safe from wind and debris. The condo itself was clean, but I definitely recommend bringing your own dish soap and cleaning supplies. We will visit again!

Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your experience. We are grateful to hear that you felt safe and appreciated our team’s attentiveness and the family-friendly atmosphere at The Palms. Unfortunately, Hurricane Isaias brought unexpected weather conditions to our area during your stay. While we cannot control the weather, the safety and comfort of our guests remain our highest priorities, and we are thankful that you felt secure throughout the storm. We also appreciate your feedback regarding dish soap and cleaning supplies, as we continually look for ways to improve our guests’ experience. We would be delighted to welcome you and your family back to The Palms for a more relaxing, sunny vacation!

It was a little chilly the week of spring break but not at the fault of the resort or owner. We had a great time and will definitely be back. I would definitely stay in this room again.

WOW-this property was fantastic. In town for a baseball tournament and found this gem of a condo. It truly was as advertised. The unit was close to the elevator, overlooked the pool, just steps to the main building, restaurant and bar, walking distance to the park and quiet. Kitchen was well appointed, showers were great, beds were firm, pillows plentiful, and even the hideaway sofa bed was comfortable according to the kids. We took advantage of the balcony for evening snacks and listened to music from the bar area on Saturday night. This unit was perfect, would 100% rent again!

The room was just as pictured and worked out great. We were traveling as 2 couples and there was plenty of space in the room for all of us, we were not bumping into each other. The beds were comfortable (on the firm side), the bathrooms were clean and great size. The ensuite shower is prone to getting the bathroom floor soaking wet and would be better with a glass door vs the current shower curtain. It is tricking to get in and out of the garden tub and shower without getting water all over the bathroom floor. The unit overlooks the pool and restaurant, which had live music sometimes, but with the sliding doors closed you could not hear any noise. It was nice to sit on the balcony and listen to the music. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, and the resort food is good. The beach is across the street so if walking bring a wagon, which in this unit there is a wagon available to use.We had a great time and would stay again if back in the area. The only complaint would be the ensuite shower/tub and its propensity to soak the bathroom floor.

Great place to stay, well organized when making arrangements. We did not get to experience many amenities I guess because it was Winter season. I would recommend a new mattress on beds and new sleeper sofa, they both were uncomfortable to sleep and sit on. Overall great stay.

Thank you so much for your kind words and for sharing your experience. We’re so glad to hear you found the booking process organized and that you had an overall great stay. We understand that bedding comfort can be very personal, as everyone has different sleeping preferences and needs. We truly appreciate you sharing your feedback. For reference, the sleeper sofa is actually brand new, but we understand that comfort can vary from guest to guest. Regarding the amenities, some resort features do operate on a seasonal schedule during the winter months. The quieter season can be a nice time to relax, though we understand it may limit access to certain offerings. Thank you again for your thoughtful review and recommendation. We would absolutely love to host you again in the future.
