La nostra casa con 5 camere da letto e 4 e 2 bagni di mezzo ha un sacco di spazio. È molto molto vicino alla spiaggia e questa è la più grande attrazione oltre alla splendida vista sulla laguna e tranquilla posizione cul de sac. Ci sono 2 ponti per cucinare o godersi il tempo, le tue giornate trascorse qui saranno a dir poco un rifugio paradisiaco. Con una grande cucina per preparare e intrattenere, una spaziosa lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice e una posizione proprio su un vicolo cieco, la nostra casa è adatta ai bambini e un ambiente ideale per ritrovi di ogni tipo. Infinite opportunità di divertimento, avventura, e il relax vi aspettano in questa casa lontano da casa!

Questa casa vacanze si trova a Kiawah, in West Beach, e vanta una posizione strategica sul litorale. Cougar Point Golf Course e Turtle Point Golf Course sono due tappe fondamentali per chi ama le attività. Per un po' di sano shopping, invece, ci sono Freshfields Village e Center Street. Loved this house for our family. The multi spaces for gathering allowed for a wonderful flow. The highlights of our trip included playing chess in the sunroom, watching the gator in the pond, and proximity to the beach. Look for us to book again next year, end of May.

Our family (7 adults and 3 kids - ages 17, 4 and 1) had a wonderful week at this house this summer. There was more than enough room, and communicating with the host was very easy. We had a couple of unexpected asks, and he was prompt to respond and get those taken care of. We all come to Kiawah every other year, and I would all but guarantee we try to stay at this house again in future years.

This is a perfect house for a large multi-generational family vacation. There are basically four living areas in the downstairs - a large living room, a sunroom, a breakfast nook, and a comfy den. Also, the kitchen is really spacious and well-equipped with cooking utensils and pots and pans. The deck looks out over the lagoon and the golf course. However, what we liked the best was that it is so close to the beach, and there was plenty of room to store all 10 bikes under cover in the carport. There's also a garage which we didn't use. The washer and dryer are extra large, another nice things with a large family.

The property was very moldy and had mildew on the hall ceilings and master bath. The property smelled like it had not been occupied for a while and there may be water damage possibly from the AC condensation. There were several roaches dead in several places. The HVAC filters were overwhelmed with dust and debris to such a degree I was surprised they were working. Due to the oder in the facility we were concerned about mold and mildew in the bedding and furniture. The refrigerator had a significant amount of food items left from previous guests, I’ve never seen so much left over stuff. The AC upstairs did not appear to be cooling properly. Lamp shades were molding/freckling. The property seemed like it had been let go and did not match the reviews from the previous guest experiences. On a positive note the property has great space but if it were mine I would initiate a major renovation project to make the property more livable and healthy. We did not stay and requested a refund. A video and photos are available to confirm our first impressions.We’ve stayed at Kiawah for years and we have never experienced a property in this condition. Another realtor assisted us in finding the property we needed for our family and it was perfect and 1/3 less for better accommodations.

Stayed at this house for a Kiawah Golf Trip, and it was perfect for the group and as described. Andrew was a great host and the house is in a great location.

Great property and location

This was our fourth year at this property. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space with large living area, five bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Large driveway area for multiple cars. Easy walk to beautiful beach.

Great house and location

Very nice and well-cared-for large house within close walking distance to beach. Plenty of room in house and driveway. Owner provides several nice beach chairs. Convenient section of Kiawah not far from the entrance with good access to shops and restaurants. We rented this for large family gathering three years and plan to return.

cool place

the house itself was nice. the location is what makes it. only 7 mins from a grocery store. just 40 mins from downtown charleston. and a 5 min walk to the nearest beach. you can really enjoy a nice quiet atmosphere here.

Family vacation

The home is in a great location. The house is very spacious. The kitchen needs new cookware. This house needs lots of loving care. Sadly we will not go back.

Awesome house & location

What a great house. It has plenty of room for everyone. We had 9 guests ranging from 6 months to 82. Everyone had plenty of room and comfort. It is a very short easy walk to the beach. To top it off Andy is a wonderful host. 5 stars all around.

Family Retreat

We have stayed in this home in the past. There is plenty of space for our multi-generational family. The kitchen has what we needed for meals. There are plenty of beach towels which is so helpful. The proximity to the beach is key. We can go back and forth for meals, bathroom breaks, naps, etc. because of the short distance. Being on a cul-de-sac is nice because there is no traffic at all to be concerned about. Plenty of parking spaces, too. Excellent communication with our host. Great Stay! Will try to book again.

Great Kiawah Beach House

This is a wonderful beach house at Kiawah for families! The home is very comfortable and easy. Great sunroom overlooking lagoon and golf course, den, and even another beautiful room for all to spread out to read, play chess( table provided), play music or watch tv. Kitchen is large and has everything you might need. There is a large deck with seating, very relaxing to come back to after a beach day. Plenty of parking and a great covered area to store bikes/ beach chairs. Can’t say enough good things. Owner is very responsive and easy to communicate with. We loved our vacation and would definitely book again.

Fisher Beach Trip 2023

This house was perfect for our family we had babies and seniors. The layout was great. The kitchen well stocked for a large family. They even had a bag of sunscreens and insect repellents. It was nice to have beach chairs, bicycles and boogie boards. A short walk to the beach. This house has 2 half baths on each end of the house. Men showered in outside shower. Will definitely rent again!!!

An island getaway for the ages

This is a fantastic home for families with people of all ages. It was a very special stay for us, as we brought our kids, brothers, nephews and parents. Our return to Kiawah after many years was better than we remembered, thanks to an amazing place that was located so close to the beach and central to other island attractions. There was ample space for everyone to relax and enjoy whatever they chose. I have to say, we never grew tired of the sunroom, any time of day or night. The bedrooms were so comfortable! We slept well every night, right from the start, which is uncommon for several of us. The kitchen and grille were fantastic for cooking large meals and gathering. Our hosts were gracious and communicated very well. I just can’t say enough about our stay. We hope to come back and visit again!

Good space, but lacked cleanliness

This was the a great place for a large family. It was an excellent space to be together, but not on top of each other. The walk to the beach was quick and easy, too. I did have to reach out to the owner the day of check-in to obtain info on island access as well as key lock code. The furnishings and general condition of the house was a bit shabby, but my only true complaint was the cleanliness. There was dog hair on all the floors/rugs and furniture, the sheets were stained and there was a large amount of black mold on the upstairs ceiling which is concerning.

I am sorry for the issues and they will all be addressed this month. We will not rent again until next summer so everything will be fresh and new as we have family living there for the next 6 months.i forgot to mention we also had all new decks installed as well as a new Weber grill. Perfect week at the beach

We were looking for a house for extended family with various kids ages and close walk to the beach. This house was perfect. Plenty of room to spread out, comfortable beds, plenty of towels and beach towels. Loved not having to rent chairs and use of the beach cart. The outdoor shower is a must and was used everyday. The close proximity to the beach was amazing. We did several night beach walks and even got to see the fireworks. Andy was very helpful with questions and suggestions for bike rental. Checkin was easy just make sure you tell the gate you rented via VRBO to get your car pass. The only issue we had was with the regular coffee pot not having a carafe but they also had a keurig so not a big deal. Everyone has a great time and will be back!

Another Great Week at Kiawah

Our second stay in this spacious house for 9 or 10 people . As longtime Kiawah renters, we especially appreciated: -- well-planned bedroom/bath layout, comfy beds; --large, exceptionally well-equipped kitchen (although a little disorganized) and adjacent laundry room; -- wonderful large dining table with 10 upholstered chairs; --nice, varied assortment of books and puzzles; -- attractive outdoor deck with great views of lagoon and golf course; plentiful parking spaces, very short walk to beach; and --Nice owner who responded quickly to any queries. Disappointments included; --Maintenance issues, especially with ceiling mold (1 bath, large upstairs hall area); minor needed repairs (e.g., some lamps wiith non-functioning on/off switches, one with broken shade; also difficulty turning on light attached to ceiling fan in queen bedroom). Also, we would have appreciated better written onsite information about tv/cable setup and operation. Overall, though, one of our favorite Kiawah rentals. --

We greatly appreciate the repeat rental and feedback. All the ceilings are already being replaced upstairs that needed attention. Good feedback on instructions for remotes and kitchen organizations and all other maintenance items being addressed with a new property manager/ maintenance team.

So close to the beach!

This is our 10th trip to Kiawah in various parts of the island and we loved the location of this house! It’s a 6 minute walk from the house to the sand and even shorter if you take your bike. We loved the convenience of being able to run back to the house for a snack or lunch or to use the bathroom. It was also just a short drive to Freshfields to grab groceries or shop and a 15 min bike ride to night heron park. They have a new market there with some grocery items and counter service and a huge wrap around porch with tables and rocking chairs! The house is a great size for 2 families. We had 4 adults and 4 teens/young adults. There was ample space to spread out with 3 living rooms and a large kitchen. Our favorite space was a sunroom in the middle of downstairs that overlooked the water. The deck on the back was nice too. It was a little chillier than normal so we didn’t use it a ton but enjoyed it on the sunny days! Plenty of parking, large garage and also a carport to hold all your beach gear. Also plenty of beach towels and beach chairs to use. Trash cans were located in an easy to access spot too right next to the garage. Andy, the property owner, was friendly and quick to answer questions and solve any problems we had. We had a great week!!!
