One of the most relaxed homes we have ever rented.The owners (Eric and Philomena) responded immediately to any questions or issues. The house is beautiful with plenty of space for everyone, well equipped with everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the Frozen and Paw Patrol themes. As well as the adults loved the game room. We purchased pool heat and the temperature was perfect especially after a long day at Disney. Quiet neighborhood and very well maintained. I highly recommend this rental and will definitely keep this property in mind for our next get away. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.

Family Vacation

This house was a 10 out of 10!! Everything is just as described in the listing. It was one of the cleanest vacation homes we have ever stayed in. It was perfect for our group of 12.

Amazing Family Home

We have a large group & a variety of ages - we were All happy! Also, I had to ask a few questions and got very prompt responses! So much good info was given as well when using the guidebook they supplied! Great place!

Orlando Golf Trip

Great home that was as advertised. Would not recommend themed bedroom for adults but great for kids and there are plenty of other bedrooms. Great vacation home!!

Great Stay for a Family

We had a great time. The location was close to the parks and to all major restaurants and shopping. Rooms were spacious. Note the size of the beds in the themed rooms are designed for smaller children. Not standard twin sizes. Not an issue for us but something to keep in mind. We would stay here again.

Where Fairy Tales Meet Family Time!!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was super spacious—perfect for our multi-family Disney adventure. Just a short drive to the parks, and not too far from Universal either, which made it easy to soak up all the magic. ✨🎢 The king-sized beds were super comfy after long park days, and the kids’ rooms were amazing—like their own little Disney hideaways! 🏰💫 The outdoor pool and hot tub were a hit with everyone, and the safety gate around the pool gave us peace of mind with the little ones. Plenty of beach towels, and the double washer and dryer setup was a total game-changer for our group. There was some construction behind the house, but the kids were more curious than bothered—it actually became a fun little bonus show for them! 🏗️ Great home base for a magical vacation!

Birthday Fun

This property is perfect for larger families, we stayed for 4 days for my son's birthday (turned 12) With my husband and his cousins and aunts and it was the perfect choice. This house has something for everyone, the Marvel room for the preteens, the Frozen room for the girls, upstairs and downstairs living spaces, plenty of bedrooms and space for the adults with ample bathroom space for everyone. This topped with the pool out back and the clubhouse in the neighborhood with the mini waterpark and playground made for a perfect stay. The house was fully stocked with kitchen supplies, towels and essentials. We would absolutely stay here again!

Magical Themed Villa

When our family decided we were taking a trip to Florida I searched for weeks to find the right place for our large family. We had both me and my husband, our 3 adult children and 13 year old, their other halves, their kids, and my DIL’s parents. So we wanted enough room for everyone to spread out. This home was so absolutely beautiful, we all loved it. It had a pool and hot tub, a game room, 2 living rooms, a beautiful kitchen, 8 bedrooms, and 6 bathrooms. Perfect for any family get away. Thank you to Eric and Philomena for allowing us to rent your home.

The new card-entry system for the gate had me worried; however, it was easy to get our multiple cards, and they worked great! The security guard was very friendly and helpful. We were thankful for the great a/c indoors; wish there were ceiling fans in at least the adult bedrooms, though (I like it cooler than the little kids!) We had 7 boys, aged 2-11 - they loved the themed rooms! They all thought the Avengers room was the coolest - until the lights went out. Then those full-sized costumes lurked in the shadows, and the kids abandoned that room for the Paw Patrol one. Frozen room was a big hit.I would have liked dressers for little stuff - my suitcases are too large for the racks, and I didn't have room to open them on the floor (and the closet only had 4 hangers). Loved the showers and counters in the bathrooms, and the fact that we had at least one bathtub for the littles. Would have liked a couple of hooks in the shower area, however; I didn't like having to hang my clothes with the towels or set them on the toilet or counter. We were grateful for the working hot tub. Kitchen nice sized, big table, but put younger ones at the counter (easier to clean). Also, liked that we had a working ice cube maker and the filter was clearly dated - we all fill up our water bottles these days! Parking was okay, even with 4 vehicles. Had crib, high chair, small stroller available - great! Game Room games were maybe a little too old for our crowd? Overall, this was a great place to stay!

We had a great time in our recent stay. The house is maintained well and held our large family easily. It was very clean and had all of the stocked amenities one would expect. It was conveniently located near most of the big parks and both the pool in the backyard and the resort area pool were enjoyed a lot by the kids. Eric checked in on us and was there to address any issues or answer any questions. The themed kids' bedrooms and the converted garage game room are what set this house apart from others in this area. If you are looking for a large house especially for kids near all the Florida attractions, then this one is ideal.
