Super home! Good sitting areas for all kinds of activities (big table in kitchen, great tv room). Very nice backyard! We would stay there again!

Weekend Visit

Location was great as very convenient to downtown and Coliseum area as well as restaurants and shopping. Manny was great as the Host and made sure we had everything we needed. We would stay again when visiting the area.

Christmas Vacation

Manny was so communicative and helped us with any questions we had during our stay, despite it being the holidays. The location is perfect and anything we needed was at our disposal. Great property with a great layout and awesome fully fenced backyard.

Great location for college visits!

My twins and I were in town for college visits and the location of the home was very convenient. The house was in good condition (ordinary wear and tear). The fenced yard was an added plus since we were traveling with our furry family members.

Good

Good place to stay. Furniture is not the most comfortable for relaxing after a long day. Driveway is very narrow. Kept hitting my door on the brick wall that lines the drive way. Beds are small. Other than that, everything was great.

Excellent location but needs some work.

This house is located very close to great shopping and restaurants. The driveway is a bit narrow for larger vehicles and will fit only 2 cars in the driveway. Overall, what you see is what you get, but this is an older home with lots of creaks from the floors when you walk around. House could use some work and updates but is functional and comfortable enough. Also, there is no hot tub so I hope the host updates the listing to correct this.

Disappointed

The home was very clean. However when you say your family and dog friendly you shouldn’t have white rug. Second, the back yard was not fenced well for small dogs. The last tenant left dog poop everywhere. We couldn’t use the backyard. The remote control for the fans didn’t work. The heat was on an automatic timer and would rise to 75 at night. We should of been able to relax but we weren’t comfortable.

House was clean with nice appliances. Nice bedrooms in a safe neighborhood. Large fenced in backyard.
