ENTIRE Townhouse w/ Rooftop Access - 5 min walk to Downtown

Thank you for your review. The issued referred to in this review have been dealt with. The tenant was issued a substantial refund not only for the first night and the last night but also compensated for the difference in price for the hotel they stayed in the first night and the cleaning fee. I spoke with my cleaner and she admitted to missing the cleaning and we have set up better systems to make sure it doesn’t happen again. Per the reservation, the tenant stated only 2 people would be staying at the property. They only mentioned extra people staying once they needed the sofa couch. I did NOT charge them for the extra people. As for the coach roach, I consistently spray for bugs and so does the HOA. We are in the south and I cannot 100% guarantee no bugs will try to enter the property especially when it gets cold outside. As for the check in instructions, that was a technical error and I’ve spoken with Vrbo about the cause of it and found a solution. I did what I could to remedy every situation and went above and beyond. I’ve apologized to the tenants for the less than stellar stay and I aim to continue to provide a great stay like I’ve done for many others.
