Everything was wonderful, the host responded instantly, and the house was lovely. I'll definitely be back to stay here; there's a Walmart nearby.

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this property. The host was very helpful and responsive, and the home was clean and pretty well-maintained. Our family really enjoyed the stay, and the location close to downtown made everything super convenient.

Our Stay was nothing but a great time. Tyler helped me out a lot along with his team. My family and I enjoyed every moment of our stay. Rooms were amazing and nicely decorated and clean. A lot of room for a big family. Our kids loved it as well. Tyler response when we had questions were immediately and helpful. We will definitely be booking his properties again!

Nice house with lots of bedrooms

Great 6 bedroom house with plenty of showers for our family that was in town for a funeral. Nice central location; wish we had more time to stay in Kansas City to enjoy the location more.

Only thing we enjoyed about the property was the 6 bedrooms. House needed a lot of repairs & TLC. Trash in the yard. Mouse bait & ant traps in kitchen. Was only left one extra trash bag for 2 days & 7 people. AWFUL showers! Either burning hot or icy cold. We experienced this in every shower in this house.

Liars

They falsely advertised 8 beds. They only have 7. Dirty towels were in dryer no clean towels. Also huge water leak water pouring down into downstairs bedroom. Contacted host claimed there was an air mattress but it was an empty box. Even if there was a mattress no wants to sleep on an air mattress when they was supposed to be a normal bed

This is a very unfortunate review by a very rude guest. We'd like to clarify that our listing accurately represents the number of beds available. The listing description stated the beds, and unfortunately he blamed it on us because he didn't read it correctly. He also filed a charge back 3 months later for this stay, which fortunately we won, because we have sufficient evidence that we provided the amenities and services as promised. Regarding the towels and water issue, we take cleanliness seriously, and we are disappointed to hear about this. None of these were reported during the stay, and i believe that this is just another attempt to ruin our property's overall outlook.
