The property and location are not good. It would be fine if the price was much less. We’ve stayed at other properties in Bend this summer for substantially less that were much higher quality. The living space is very dark and the rug a trip hazard. The dining room and bedrooms are good, with comfortable beds and bedding. Bathrooms are good.

Our host Crystal was awesome from the very start. We had to change dates after originally booking because of a previous commitment, but she helped us get that switched effortlessly. The home itself was very clean and cute decor. The location was perfect - basically 5-7 minutes drive away from most spots we enjoyed. There was plenty of room for our family of 7 to stretch out. The backyard was under construction while we were there, so we were unable to use that (a tree fell on the fence right before our visit), but I would imagine that area would be a nice place to relax in the evenings.

Such a great space for the whole family and pets! The pool table was a nice bonus! I was able to easily reach the host with the one thing that was needed! Would happily stay here again!

Great for family

Comfortable beds and pillows, mini split heater and AC worked great. A really comfortable family home.

Loved the location of the house, right down the road from a nice bar. The place was very clean and the sectional couch was so amazingly comfy! Thanks for letting us stay!

Weekend away.

Stayed for a bachelorette weekend. Great location, everything was within a 10-15min drive. House was very open and fit everyone comfortable, there was 8 of us. The furniture was very comfortable.

Great Bend Getaway

The property was very clean and orderly. They had everything thing we needed, lots of extra blankets and sheets also. The outdoor space was great, nice and open.

So amazing!

I would LOVE to stay here again! Such a great place for kids, adults, dog- the host was so very accommodating with our changes, and this adorable house is in a wonderful neighborhood. Love the enclosed back yard, plenty of space and so great. Thank you so much again for having us!

Cute House with Lots of Room

This was a great place to stay for our group of five while we were in town for a wedding. It was located a short drive from everywhere we went while we were in Bend, and when we had downtime, the common spaces in the house were perfect for hanging out! (We spent more time than we expected playing trivia on the TV, haha.) The host was quick to respond whenever we had questions, too. Would definitely recommend to any larger groups visiting town!

Great Booking. Great price. House was as advertised. Very comfy and inviting. Perfect place for 3 adults 1 child and 2 dogs. Great location. Close to everything you need. Very clean. Easy to find. Host was excellent and very responsive. I would recommend to anyone

Overall stay was pretty good. Travelers should know that what appears to be a game room is really the dining room with a table that turns into pingpong and pool. Still very fun but then we had no where to eat. Housekeeping was a little confusing. There were wet sheets left in the dryer and trash left from the previous guests. The owner did let us know about the trash proactively so that was expected.

Thank you Allison! You’re right, the dining table was replaced with a larger dining room table that transforms into both a ping pong table and pool table. I do need to remove the old picture. The cleaner did call me apologizing profusely that they forgot to move the garbage from under the sink to the trash outside. We both offered to go back to the house before you checked in to take care of it and you said you didn’t mind. I’m sorry for the inconvenience on that. Appreciate your feedback and always open to hearing ways to improve. 😊

Smelly

The lock didn’t work, house was unlocked. Upon entering the home, the odor was appalling. It didn’t seem like a fresh odor, it smelled like a gross dirty house. The dog hair and dirt on the kitchen floor, as well as the food splattered down the side of the stove was also disgusting. We did not stay at this house. Our host was gracious enough to refund out money. Prompt communication with the host.

Perfect location for Bend

This was our first trip to Bend and the location of this house was perfect. There is a food truck park half a block away, which was really cool and it’s located very close to downtown the last blockbuster, shopping, thrift stores and restaurants. The weather was much colder than we expected when we booked our trip. We were not aware there was not a central heating so when we arrived, it was pretty chilly inside. There is a pellet stove and space heaters in each room. Once we got them all running the house stayed heated fine. The large areas of the house looked very clean and the beds were comfortable. There could be more detailed cleaning to smaller areas such as windows and the window sills. The windows did have a lot of nose, smudges from pets. Also, the master bath could not be used due to peeling, but Owner said it is being fixed. All of the essentials were provided and the dining room table converts to a pool table and a ping pong table which the kids really loved. Communication from the owner was very good.
