La posizione di questa casa è semplicemente eccezionale per visitare Bend. Sarai nel cuore del meraviglioso e popolare West Side. Abbiamo costruito la casa appositamente per essere utilizzata come casa vacanza, motivo per cui abbiamo incluso due master suite king e dormire per 10 in letti.

Wonderful house, excellent location

We stayed 4 nights and skied 3 days at Mt Bachelor. Room for the whole family. Close to old downtown and easy access to Mt Bachelor. An excellent alternative to staying in Sunriver.

Family Reunion

The house is very spacious. There was plenty of space for 7 adults and three children. There is good storage for kitchen items we brought. The only drawback was the lack of a bathroom in the basement area. There is a bedroom there that two adults slept in but they had to come upstairs to use the bathroom. The house is centrally located. I was amazed that no one shoveled the sidewalk or the entryway. But no one in Bend apparently shovels their sidewalks. A couple of items - it would have been nice to have instructions for the fireplace. We used it a lot, but were never sure what setting we were on. Also, we could not get Netflix to work on the TV even though there is a button, but luckily the TV is new enough that we could cast a movie from a phone. So any instructions for that would be good. Also, the instructions we receive prior to arrival said the garage door opener and key would be on the kitchen island. They were not. The opener was in a basket on the mantel. We never found a key, so never used the garage. We did love the house and would stay there again. I only bring the points I noted up so, if desired, the host can address them. They were minor in the scheme of things.

Fantastic home in river west!

This house is beautiful inside and out, very clean and beds are comfortable! Kitchen is well stocked with equipment (we cooked several meals) and the hot tub was a nice bonus. I would note there are stairs to access this house and during the winter that can get dicey. Overall I would highly recommend this house for its cleanliness, comfort and neighborhood. It’s a quick walk to many restaurants and downtown is also an easy walk.

The house was so clean and family friendly. The location was perfect, walking distance to 10 Barrel, Brother John’s, and so much more! I highly recommend this home!

Great time was had by all

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was just the right size for eight of us. We were looking for a house that would fit all of us and still be within easy walking distance of downtown Bend. This was the place that fit our needs and helped us have an incredibly fun vacation.

Beautiful bend

We had a wonderful month staying at the flaming chicken.plenty of accommodation,very well stocked,comfortable house.Perfect location to explore all Bend has to offer,walking,good bikes,all services nearby. There are a few suggestions that would’ve enhanced our stay 1: a gate to close off the deck,so dogs could be off leash while we relaxed eating outside 2: pillows springy,hard,bad for necks 3. Replace carpeting,even though it was cleaned as requested,decreases the wonderful,clean feel of the house!

Great Location!

This house was perfect for my sister in laws bachelorette weekend in Bend! Perfect location near bars and restaurants and very close to downtown. Plenty of sleeping space for our group, plus the hot tub was great for the unexpected rainy day we had. The house is nearly brand new and includes thoughtful amenities/touches throughout. Would absolutely stay here again!

Family Fun in Bend

Our large family rented out this property and the one next door plus the 2 apartments over the garages-12 bedrooms in all. We are 4 siblings who get together with our families every summer. Now that our youngest "child" is 30, we can no longer get away with bedroom shairing, sleeeing bags on the floor, etc. These rentals worked perfectly. We went back and forth easily. We have stayed in many VRBO rentals and we all commented on how well stocked these were. Everything you could possibly need for cooking and comfort. We enjoyed being close to town and the river. While we only had 2 little ones, the toys, puzzles and books were much appreciated.

Pretty Fancy Place

Surprisingly high end home with very nice amenities. We did not realize we were going to need a blender but they had one in their very well stocked kitchen. I liked having an alley access for the garage. Overall great property.

The Flaming Chicken

The Location cannot be beat! It is so close to Galveston. For what we paid for a nightly rate it fell short. The garage door was broken upon arrival. The host was quick to pick up the phone and get the garage door company out there the following business day. The trash and recycling were overflowing and we were there for 4 nights before there would be a pick up,. The place was clean and a perfect size for our group.

We Recommend This Home Very Highly

This home was by far the best outfitted vrbo we've ever stayed in. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need for prepping, cooking, eating and storing. Other amenities include equipment for families with small children, bicycles and helmets, a secure garage and laundry. The home is immaculate and well designed/layed out for large/multiple families. Best of all, we really liked the NW location, which provided easy access to shops, casual food, cafes, microbrews and amazing bicycle adventures.

Girls Trip

Perfection Location

Our family of four (two teen boys) and dog enjoyed another great week in Bend! We loved the location and walked to most everything. More than enough space for us and used the hot tub and foosball table daily! Get extra touches to make us all feel at home.

Great stay in Bend

The Flaming Chicken was a marvelous home away from home! The house was comfortable, centrally located, and had everything we needed to cook and play! We loved the DVD player which allowed for a visit to the Bend Blockbuster and trip down memory lane. We also really appreciated the easy and short checkout list...more like a hotel than other VRBOs we’ve stayed at.

Flaming Chicken

Fantastic. Great house. Great kitchen. We cooked at home a lot and the kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans and seasoning. Plenty of room. WiFi was great since we had many people working from home. Great outdoor space with afternoon sun on rear deck. Nice hot tub. Bikes were fun. Super location. Can’t say enough about how happy we were with this home.

Excellent House . 2nd Stay

Beautiful home. Great location. Walking distance to wonderful restaurants with outdoor seating. Half hour to mountain... two turns. We will be back.
