Peaceful and Serene Location

Beautiful villa- just as described. If you prefer quiet away from SMB this villa is perfect. It was just my husband and I for the week and it was lovely - plenty of of space for the whole family if we had the kids with us. Thanks for a great stay!

Great spot

Awesome property in a very quiet area of the island. Clean and had everything we needed. We drove to the other side of the island every day (45 minute drive) as that’s where most of the restaurants and nicer beaches are.

We had a great trip the house was perfect and we loved sitting along the water in the chairs every morning. We had great dinners at Caboose, La Castio. My favorite was Starfish point so laid back and lots of starfish. Appreciated the beach chairs and snorkeling gear we just load up and when to starfish point.

Beautiful condo which walks right out to the beach. Perfect fit for the 6 of us. Comfy beds, comfy pillows and fans in each room. Communication was great from Host. The house manual was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

My family and I really enjoyed this vacation rental. It was in a perfect location away from all the tourist hustle and bustle. It was very clean, well appointed, and had all the kitchen necessities one would need to cook whatever your heart desired. Close to restaurants and some attractions. Overall, we really enjoyed it and would definitely return when visiting the beautiful island!

Beautiful!!

The house is absolutely beautiful, it is a very clean, bright and airy beach house. The house is in a great location, Rum point and Kaibo are just down the road. If you need anything Chisolms market is within walking distance. We throughly enjoyed the beach and the water. We are looking forward to staying again 😊

The house was great. Location was great. No complaints about any of that.However, the lock on the door literally fell apart (viz. the deadbolt) and we couldn’t leave the house for a full night and day before Andre could get it fixed. We would like to get some compensation for the loss of vacation time.I will be in touch about this sometime after we get home on March 1.

Thank you for your feedback Bob. We’re very glad to hear you enjoyed the home and its location, though we’re truly sorry for the disruption caused by the lock issue during your stay. Unfortunately, the situation was outside of our control as the property uses a specialized lock that isn’t available for purchase locally on the island, so we weren’t able to simply replace it right away. Instead, we had to remove the original lock and have it repaired by a metal fabricator. That said, we took the matter very seriously and acted as quickly as possible to resolve it. The lock was repaired and reinstalled promptly, and we worked to minimize the overall disruption as much as we could. We also provided a refund to acknowledge the inconvenience and the impact on your vacation time. We’re very sorry again for the inconvenience, and we truly appreciate you choosing to stay with us.
