We had a great time! The property is well suited for a large group with rooms on multiple levels and common areas on the main floor. It’s an easy drive up to 7 Mile beach but has nice areas around the house as well. Our host was helpful in the lead up to our stay and throughout the week. I would recommend this for a family or group looking for a quiet place to stay that’s well connected!

This is a great place. As others have said, very well stocked (ex: laundry detergent, paper towels, extra beach & bath towels) and the set up is great for relaxing by the beach. House was comfortable (ex: AC worked well, plenty of hot water) and location was great (close to town, but far enough to avoid the chaos). We'd absolutely book here again.

Great place for the family. Location was awesome. Only critique is for there to be more water sport equipment available for use (kayak, paddle boards, etc).

Great Stay

Our family enjoyed the location, beach access and especially the patio with the most beautiful view. We also enjoyed snorkeling to the shipwreck out front. No crowds whatsoever but close to town.

Beautiful spot!

Access to the beach was amazing!! Very private but close enough to visit other areas of the island! Great space in the house and huge deck! Hope to come back someday!!

Beach home

This house was perfect for our family stay in Grand Cayman. It had everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends. Great communication with VRBO host. Nicely decorated and felt very comfortable during our stay.

The property was excellent. We enjoyed fantastic snorkeling right out in front of the house. We even did a night snorkel in front of the house.Highly recommend this place for snorkeling enthusiasts.

The best!

This place is amazing! The beach is right off the deck. Very few people on the beach but felt completely safe. The toys were really great for our young boys. Can’t recommend this place enough. Truly paradise!

Great Stay

We were a group of 4 adults & 4 kids (ages 10-15). It was perfect for us. It was a little far from some things we wanted to do so a car is recommended and allow extra time for traffic. The beach was good, but lots of grass and weeds so snorkeling was not very exciting.

We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. Regarding the BBQ grill, this was an isolated incident involving a new staff member from the third-party cleaning group we work with. We've addressed this matter to ensure it doesn't happen again. As for the deck and missing step, we already have a carpenter scheduled for next week to install the additional step to the beach and thoroughly check for any loose screws or nail heads. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. Lastly, we understand the frustration with the WiFi. Unfortunately, "island life" sometimes comes with occasional glitches in the connection to the mainland, but we’re always working to keep it as reliable as possible. Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention. We hope to welcome you back in the future with an improved experience! Kind Regards Jason

Amazing family vacation with adult kids

Our family of 6 (all over 18 years old) spent this past week at there Caribbean Paradise villa and our stay was absolutely incredible. Spotless clean and cozy, this villa felt like home away from home. Located perfectly very close to the 7-mile beach and yet far from the touristy crowds. The house is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, with very comfortable beds! We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back!

Amazing and relaxing experience

The property exceeded our expectations. It was so nice to walk out the door and start snorkeling. Plenty of room for our group of seven with sleeping arrangements and for meals. The kitchen was completely stocked with all the tools to make every meal. We will definitely stay again for another trip!!

Wonderful Property

This house is as close to the beach as you can get, clean, updated and spacious. The hosts have done a great job making it welcoming for everyone. There is a wonderful book selection for all ages and games for the whole family! The complex is nice and quiet with a relaxing pool to enjoy. Would definitely recommend!

We loved this property the deck was where we spent most of our time. The beach in front of the home was beautiful. We had such an amazing time. I would definitely stay here again. Property was clean and well stocked. When we needed something the host was on it and delivered what we needed.

Awesome week in the Cayman’s!

The house was perfect! Well stocked of everything from beach towels to cutting boards to cocktail glasses! We loved the deck and umbrellas, grill and outside table. The beach was so nice and we snorkeled and kayaked just outside the back door! Perfect number of bedrooms for 5 of us comfortably. Thank you for a great week!!

Perfect location!

This house was perfectly located near 7 mile beach, but not to close. Tucked just far enough away that we could retreat from more crowded areas and relax. We had my 15 month old grandson with us and the amenities available for his care made it so much easier. Jason was prompt in all our communications and questions while we were there. The house is beautiful and simply decorated so we felt like 5 star guest! The neighborhood is also very quiet and well kept. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
