*The Monroe Blue Bungalow (this home) is located right next door to The Monroe Cottage (also listed on VRBO). We own & manage both!

Our cozy Monroe Blue Bungalow is WALKING DISTANCE to everything in downtown Monroe. The ABSOLUTE perfect location if you're coming to Monroe. This home is BEAUTIFULLY designed with a twist of antique farmhouse decor. It offers a wide front porch, a rock patio/fire pit in the backyard, and a spacious hot tub. This home was built in 1910, but is completely renovated with custom cabinets, granite countertops, barn doors, a large walk in shower, laundry closet, and so much more. We completely renovated this home & poured our hearts into making it homey, unique & the perfect Monroe stay! You won't regret staying here (or our beautiful Monroe Cottage next door).

The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee pot, pots, pans, dinnerware, silverware, mugs, cups, and everything needed to enjoy this home away from home! Pilot Park is located right across the street for the children! This home feels just like a true bungalow offering a cozy, comfortable, and unique stay. It's the best place to relax, while staying in Monroe! Walking distance to ALL restaurants, antique shops, etc. in the downtown area. The Blue Bungalow has three large rooms, TWO KING BEDS and ONE QUEEN BED. Each room is private, spacious, and decorated elegantly.

HOUSE RULES (ordinance with the city of Monroe):
-No more than 6 people spending the night
-No more than 12 people on property at any given time
-Only 3 cars on property
-Quiet hours at 10pm (no loud music or loud noises outside)
-You understand the risk of having a hot tub/fire pit on property (No unaccompanied children). You will be required to sign a liability waiver if booking.

Charming house

We so enjoyed staying in your house. We were there for a funeral service but being able to walk to town was a major plus. The only suggestion we would have is a pad underneath the rugs, they moved around quite a bit.. we can’t wait to come back.

Great stay in Monroe GA

We had a family wedding in Monroe GA. We rented this property and the one beside it. Jordan and Patrick were fabulous to work with. Both properties were clean and well outfitted. Easy walking distance to so much downtown. Great place to stay!

Family Reunion

The house amazing and very nicely decorated and clean. House close to restaurants and shops. Plenty of room for 6 adults! Very comfortable! When we return to this area to visit family again will definitely rebook with Patrick!

Family visit

This property was absolutely adorable. Cutest home ever ! Clean cozy yet spacious. Excellent location - just as described. The owners were a breeze to work with. Definitely the best VRBO experience i have ever had. We will definately be back.

In November 2021, we purchased the Blue Bungalow. It had never been updated & was very dated... SOOO.... We spent a year completely remodeling the house, while still trying to maintain its historic appearance and uniqueness. WE LOVE THIS HOME! It's spacious, high quality, cozy, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax! We have decorated the house to feel like a historic beauty (including several antique pieces that we found in the shops in Monroe). Our personal favorite spot is the large front porch (also, the best place to enjoy morning coffee) & the back patio to relax!
