All Grand Panama guests must register for Parking Pass(es). There is a $55 flat resort fee for guests when they register which will include the guest registration, a parking pass for one vehicle and wristbands for the guests 13 and older. The parking pass for a second vehicle is $35. Motorcycle parking pass is $55. This fee is in addition to the booking. Grand Panama 1-2204 has 2 Private Parking spaces located under the building.

Beautiful and clean condo with an amazing view of the sparkling emerald coast. This is my second time booking this condo for a girlfriend’s beach trip. It is very spacious and has a well equipped kitchen. The ocean themed decor is perfect! We especially enjoyed relaxing on the balconies. The grounds and swimming pool are well maintained. Many fun and good local restaurants are within a few miles. Hopefully we will be back someday.

Condo was beautiful and enough space for my family. Beach views were perfect, especially from patios. Kitchen well appointed with all that we needed to cook in throughout the week. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

We are not a hotel, but we provide a generous welcome supply designed to help guests get through their first 24–48 hours. This includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, a personal care kit (including items such as cotton rounds, Q-tips, a sewing kit, and nail file), dishwasher detergent and tabs, paper towels, and toilet paper for each bathroom. For longer stays and larger groups, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed beyond the starter quantities provided. This information is included in the pre-arrival instructions sent prior to check-in. Our room was fantastic. Very clean, nice decor, three balconies with great vistas. The kitchen area was very well stocked with cookware, dishes, flatware, etc.

Me and my family enjoyed the penthouse. There was plenty of room for everyone, so we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. We had eight people. This was especially important since it rained most of the third day. We had plenty of space to relax, watch movies, or play games.The amenties were great. We didn't feel like we were missing anything. The location was perfect. We could get to many off-property places with ease. Getting to the pool or beach was easy.It was clean. It was quiet. The host was easy to contact and responsive. The check-in and check instructions were easy. And, the view was wonderful, especially when the fighter jets flew by each day.I would stay there again.

Great vacay!

This place was so beautiful! The views were amazing! The only complaint I would have is the air not working in the bedrooms. They were very warm to sleep in and even fans didn’t help.

Good Work Stay

We were down for 3 days for work, and this was a great option. Very nicely appointed. I read some old reviews, and I do think the AC still needs some tweaking between the front bedrooms and the rear. Great place though.

Amazing!!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Grand penthouse, location was perfect and the house has amazing views from each bedroom/living room. Will definitely be booking this Condo again! Will and Jill were nothing great to work with and easy process for check in. Thanks for the great memories.

Girls’ trip

This penthouse is amazing!! It’s so roomy and decorated beautifully. Perfect for a large girls’ trip or 3 couples with a few kids. It was really clean with plenty of towels for everyone. The parking spots were conveniently located. The pool area was like we were at a tropical resort. I loved everything about this unit and the resort. Also, Melissa, Jill, and Will were very helpful and nice.

Beach Life

Everything was great! Had a wonderful trip. The A/C in the master bedroom ( with an ocean view ) didn’t seem to be working properly. The room was warmer than the rest of the condo. It’s really an amazing condo with a spectacular view of the gulf.
