Although the weather was not in our favor, we really enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean with all new furnishings. The king size bed was extremely comfortable. The air ducts could use a balance or something because you can not shut the masterbedroom door it gets too hot. Luckily there are plenty of fans to plug in. The parking lot is definitely not made for larger vehicles. The main lobby area, elevators, and gym could use a major cleaning and fresh paint. The pool also felt clean. Perdido Realty customer service were great to deal with and we hope to return back to the area soon.

This was an amazing vacation. Perdido Key did not disappoint!! The condo was clean and comfortable. The view was amazing. We were able to open the balcony and listen to the waves each day. Pool was clean. The hot tub unfortunately was not warm and that was the only downfall. Access to restaurants and shopping was easy! We are definitely going to be back! Thank you.

Better than expected

Absolutely one of the best condos we have stayed at. Very clean, nice decor and spacious. The beachfront oversized balcony was our favorite. All kitchen utensils, pans, plates,glasses,etc were fully stocked . Great place will definitely stay again

Great Room

We enjoyed the room and the view. Everything was clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was that someone was parked in our assigned parking spot for most of our stay. I was allowed to park in a staff only spot, but I was constantly worried that I'd get a ticket since it wasn't my assigned space. There are warnings of vehicles being towed, but there is no possible way for that to happen. It wasn't a huge deal, but it was certainly frustrating.
