Si tratta di una villetta nella comunità spiaggia privata nella Primehook National Wildlife Refuge, che ha oltre 8.000 acri di bellezza incontaminata. La comunità si trova a 5 miglia al largo Route 1 ed è rilassato!

Si può nuotare e pescare proprio di fronte alla casa; si può essere in spiaggia in qualsiasi momento (il sonno su di esso, se vi piace) e può avere un falò la sera se non è troppo vento! Come accennato in precedenza, abbiamo un nuovo patio dove si può griglia, mangiare e visualizzare la spiaggia e godere della brezza del tardo pomeriggio.

Il cottage dispone di tre camere da letto, ma può ospitare traversine aggiuntive tramite divano, divano letto, e materasso ad aria.

10 minuti per Lewes; 20 minuti per Rehoboth e Dewey spiagge se volete fare shopping (outlet e piccoli, negozi unici), cinema, ristoranti, jet ski, noleggio biciclette, etc.

A beautiful updated beach cottage! The beach was our backyard! Just steps away every day. Being north of Lewes, there was no traffic. Prime Hook is so beautiful. Having a washer dryer was so helpful and I used the clothes line often.I would highly recommend this place for those of who love the beach!

Favorite home away from home

We’ve stayed at the cottage multiple times and love it every year! It’s a perfect spot for our family of four, including two kiddos. Sandy is a fantastic host and the property has everything you need for a relaxing week away.

Perfect getaway for a family of four!

Perfect getaway for a family of four! The cottage was perfect for our relaxing week at the beach. All of the improvements in the past year were amazing. Highly recommend this property for a stress-free vacation.

This is a beautiful property located steps from the beach. The property is very clean with newer appliances in the kitchen. Great communication with the owner. The beach is better suited for walking or fishing and not so much for swimming however I did see a few venture out into the water. Rohoboth or other area beaches are more for going into the water. Plenty of things to do in the area. Had a lot of caution about mosquitos but never saw one. Only negative is the air conditioning. During our stay Delaware experienced it's hottest days in 50 years with 2 days hitting 100 degrees. The AC unit is in the living room and bedrooms got a bit warm and stuffy. But that was an anomaly and not the norm. When the outside temp was not so hot it was fine. I would highly recommend this property and certainly would stay there again.

Thank you, Robert, for your review and your gracious words. We are travelling out north west and the temperatures have hovered just below 100. It’s been crazy this year. We have been renting out for over 10 years and have never had a complaint about the heat! I am so sorry it got a little stuffy. Also, each of the badroom have fans and I hoped they In regard to swimming, most people love to swim at Prime Hook because it is a bay and calmer than the ocean, especially those with children. Sandys cottage is wonderful! Beautiful new kitchen and all the amenities of home! She was super easy to communicate with and shared lots of insight, tips and info to make our stay special!

This was our second summer at the cottage, and we already can't wait for next year! Sandy is a wonderful host and the house is perfect for our family of 4 (plus a very happy beach dog!)

Total gem on the bay

The property is a beautiful spot on the beach! The upgrades are fantastic and Sandy is top notch, with her how to, and recommendations ! Our entire experience at this property was exactly what we hoped it would be!

Beautiful Beach Cottage

We had such a great stay. The cottage’s back yard is the beach, it’s so close and peaceful. The house itself is super cute and bigger than we expected. The remodeled kitchen is gorgeous with a lot of counter space and cabinets for storage. We hope to come again next summer 😊

Lovely cottage. Great location

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was relaxing and very comfortable. It was hard to leave. Plenty of space for all 6 of us. Access to the bay was easy. Cottage was clean and well kept.

Enjoyed this lovely cottage.

The house is several decades old, but has been cared for and beautifully renovated. Kitchen is outstanding . . beautiful finishes, high-end appliances, and open to living/dining areas. Bath also nicely renovated. Great colors, nice art, original pine floors.

Paradise!!!

Our stay was absolutely perfect in every way. The beach house is so pretty and clean. If you love to cook, the kitchen has EVERYTHING you’ll need. The beach is your backyard and we made fires on the beach every night. Everyone we talked to was super friendly! We already booked for next year and can’t wait to go back.

awesome, quiet location

Just got back from an amazing week at Sandy's cottage - it was great! The home was just as advertised and very clean. The new kitchen is great and having laundry right in the home was very convenient! The big TV was great when we all needed some downtime, and the location was very quiet. We enjoyed the beach out front, as well as easy excursions to Lewes, Cape Henlopen and Rehobeth. Highly recommend!

My husband grew up in Milton, DE, which is the next town over. We love Prime Hook because it is a small, private beach community, 5 miles off Route 1 (main road).

Primehook beach is quiet and the people are friendly. It is away from hustle and bustle but you can drive to get anything you want in about 10-20 minutes.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

We enjoy the privacy and quiet. In addition to being right on the beach, we have a porch and a patio where you can sit/eat and enjoy the quiet.
