The downstairs living areas were spacious, the beds comfortable and bathroom shower excellent. Unfortunately the living room furniture, extremely uncomfortable; seat supports were worn out and it was difficult to extract oneself from the couch and recliner. The upstairs would be uncomfortable for adults. There was no upper shower. There should be a warning that there is a very steep driveway to the property.Upon arrival on a hot day, none of the 3 portable window air-conditioners were installed; and there were no instructions. A one page sheet as to how to operate them would have helped. One unit was not working properly. We called Blue Ridge Cabins and they sent a young man, Logan, out in a couple of hours. He brought a new A/C unit and weather stripping and got everything installed properly. This fast service was much appreciated. However, the last Sunday of our stay the TV would not work on the local stations nor was the guide available. We called Blue Ridge and they said they would send someone out on Monday. No one came or called. We were able to watch something on Netflix for the last two days. Perhaps only a code was needed to get into the 'Cabin' setting on the TV.An animal got into the trash can as there were no cords or locks; so I ran an outdoor broom stick through both handles of the trash cans, and this seemed to solve the problem. The porch area was a delight. The birds, squirrels, chipmunks and deer were entertaining and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay.
