Tempo per te ... Bali-by-the-Beach è il rifugio ideale sulla spiaggia! La casa dispone di ogni comfort e comodità, 2 camere matrimoniali, ognuna con il proprio bagno completo, letto matrimoniale, e arredi esotici.

Ampie finestre in Sala Grande, al piano di sopra, rivelano spettacolare whitewater vista sull'oceano e un vasto cielo luminoso. Qui troverete soggiorno e zona pranzo belle aree, una cucina completamente attrezzata e un bagno di servizio, oltre a una TV a schermo piatto HD con DVR e cavo (tra cui HBO, Showtime) e un facile accesso ad una piattaforma soleggiata.

Alla fine della giornata, quando hai avuto il pieno di osservare le stelle, scivolare al piano di sotto e lasciare che le onde serenata a dormire. Ninna nanna del mare può essere ascoltato da due ampie camere da letto, ognuna vanta un bagno completo, letto matrimoniale e arredi esotici.

E meglio di tutti ... questo, vacanza serena privato è a soli 50 yarde dalla spiaggia più lunga (10 miglia) a Santa Cruz County! Ristoranti, negozi, gastronomia, caffè sono tutti raggiungibili a piedi. Campo da golf, supermercato, cinese, francese, italiano, sushi, ristoranti messicani e indiani, saloni di bellezza, e 4 studi di Pilates sono tutti a solo 1 miglio di distanza.

We enjoyed our stay in this well-equipped and art-filled home. Bali is the theme and we appreciated all the art and collections. The house was immaculate and even featured live orchids and other tropical plants. A block from the beach with great views of the pacific was a big treat for us.

We had a very nice stay at this home. The decor is a little quirky, but it's a beautiful home, very clean, and the layout is great. The bedrooms are downstairs and each have their own bathroom. From upstairs, you can see the beach and across the bay to Santa Cruz. You can always find something to do - from shopping at the Farmer's Market, to horseback riding, to wine tasting (we went to David Bruce Winery), to walking on the shoreline and just "beaching it". A very cozy place to relax.

Great stay at the beach

We had a lovely time at your beach house. The house was in a great location and we loved the view from upstairs. Plenty of space in the house and everything that we needed. The beds could have been a little more comfortable, but other than that, everything was great!

Great Location, Great View

The house was wonderful with a great view of the beach and easy walk to the beach side promenade. Enjoyed our brief stay very much, comfortable bedrooms and nice open layout upstairs. We would definitely come again!

Very comfortable

Beach is steps away, ocean view, everything you would want, fully stocked kitchen. Great communication with mgr. Table on balcony needs repair, umbrella also needs a better stand but still ok. Bar stools on the balcony would lift you up enough to enjoy the view from there.

Excellent stay

It was a very satisfying experience. Interactions with the host was very professional, everything was easy to find - keys and wi-fi were shared early. The location is fantastic with ocean view balcony with great sunset views.

Great location steps to Rio Del Mar Beach

Just down the hill can enjoy a beautiful beach and a small market, Cafe Rio to open soon and pizza place. Beautiful views from the home. Clean and comfortable - a Bali experience in decor/art.

Great location!

Cute little house within walking distance to the beach. Cafe Rio and the Pixie Deli have great food and (adult beverages) just a few steps from Bali by the Beach. Joan provided info on restaurants and activites available in the area and we hope to return and give some of those recommendations a try. Great place and would highly recommend.

Short beach getaway!

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Rio Del Mar Beach. The house was great, clean, comfortable for 4 adults, equipped with everything you would need. And just a very short walk to the beach, with great ocean views from the deck. Had some beautiful sunsets. Had fun exploring the area: farmers market, Nisene Mark Park, Capitola, and many beach walks. We hope to return sometime soon!

Beautiful getaway

We had a fabulous time! The location was great and beach despite being a holiday weekend wasn't too over crowded. I looked forward to walking to grab a coffee and strolling by the beach every morning. The house was comfortable and very well stocked with all the things we needed. Many rentals didn't include beach towels and this place had towels and more! Thanks for a great home away from home

We were celebrating our 50th anniversary in Aptos because it was where we honeymooned. This wa s definite upgrade to the cabin we first stayed in. Easy walk to the beach, and restaurants. We spent our time just relaxing

Fabulous weekend at Bali by the Beach

We enjoyed a three-night stay over July 4th weekend at this wonderful home a stone's throw from the beach in Rio Del Mar. We loved the Bali vibe and decor, welcome touches provided by Joan, comfy beds, and gorgeous views from the family room and deck! So great to look at the ocean all day and fireworks at night! We will definitely go back and recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in a beautiful location.

Amazing!

Joan was so thoughtful, my husband and I went to celebrate our 40th anniversary and she had a cake waiting for us. Whimsical, peaceful home that felt like being in a tree house as the top of the beautiful oak trees is the side view, front is the ocean. Easy walk to the beach, and much quieter and peaceful than staying on the beach. Restful, great location, we will be back!!

Great Stay in Bali at the Beach

We enjoyed our stay at Joan's beach house sooooooo much. The weather was beautiful, the beach was empty and the house was cute and comfy. Joan was extremely welcoming and made us feel right at home. Would recommend her place to all. The rental experience was easy, Joan was most accomodating and being in Aptos was just the right "taking-it-easy cure." Thanks so much for the hospitality and we look forward to using your place again soon!

Property was well maintained and well appointed. Joan is a wonderful hostess and made us feel right at home. Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the added goodies for the beach in the garage. The views are spectacular. I would highly recommend and would definitely go back again. Thank you for a relaxing vacation - it was just what I needed!

The property was very nice and Joan was very hospitable. The place was very close to the beach. The only drawback was that the property was located on a very steep hill. There's a nice restaurant and store at the bottom of the hill which is convenient.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

I've always wanted to live in a beach house. When I saw this home, I fell in love with it and bought it on the spot. What I enjoy: walking on the beach, walking to the famous Cement Ship at the Seacliff State Beach, walking to the quaint village of Aptos. I like the sweet and small Visitors Center, also located in Seacliff State Park. You just walk right to it! I love the food at the Pixie Deli around the corner. They make it easy to take a picnic to the beach. There's nothing like lying on a beach blanket on the warm sand. I read my book—for about 10 minutes. And then...I feel relaxed and dreamy, imagination in free rein. The waves, the birds, the breeze. I'm in a deeply restful place, and when I return I feel renewed, refreshed, and happy. And it all happens without getting into a car. Just a minute's walk from the house and there it is. My joy.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

At Bali-by-the-Beach, I enjoy peace of mind and serenity. So much so that sometimes it is hard to leave! I'm so entranced by the view that it's just as good to see the view as it is to be in the view (i.e. on the beach). I feel in harmony with existence here.
