Amazing location!

Communication with the owner was excellent, and the property was well-stocked and clean. The location was perfect! Several restaurants and shops are within walking distance. I would stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

This home was absolutely adorable! The thought put into the tiny details to make your stay more enjoyable does not go unnoticed. The property has such historic charm and is well kept and decorated. Would highly recommend this property for future stays!

Cute home close to UMass!

We stayed here and didn’t mind the 15 minute drive to Amherst! There’s ample parking/ street parking and more than enough room for 4 people!

The pictures don’t do this place justice (and they are already beautiful). Clean, bright, open, welcoming space. We were able to rest before a half marathon, recuperate afterward, and get some work done in the office during our stay. A real home away from home!

Wonderful home

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 young daughters (2 & 6) a couple of nights to attend a summer concert at Treehouse and visit Amherst, Northampton and Easthampton. The house is clean and newly and beautifully renovated with everything you need. Will definitely try to stay here again for visits to this area.

Perfect for Two

This new property is beautiful! My husband and I stayed for a few days and loved the amount of space! The off-street parking space was nice too. Check-in and out was very easy. The location is excellent for exploring western Mass and southern VT/NH. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

Top notch accommodations

Beautifully appointed, finished to a high spec. The TV was great and we loved how it was disguised as a painting when not in use. Bed was very firm but we like that and linens were high quality. We also loved the double sided gas fireplace.

Great Location

My husband and I really enjoy staying at this property in South Deerfield. The location is perfect for exploring Western Mass and southern VT, can't beat the proximity to Treehouse. The rental is beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and very spacious for two. We appreciate the thoughtful details, like coffee, milk, and snacks.

Cute home close to tasty breakfast spot

Home was perfect for a weekend stay with my partner. The house is in great condition and very clean. A/C worked great for our stay in hot weather. Easy communication with the owner. We would happily stay here again! Some past review mentioned being on the main street had some road noise, but we didn’t find it to be a problem at all. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Rental!

My daughter and I loved this rental!! Everything was absolutely perfect! She loved the snacks that were left for us and I loved that there was coffee! It’s always so nice to wake up at a rental property and be able to brew a nice pot of coffee! It was SO clean and comfortable! One of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed! Thanks, Desiree!

Beautiful property

This is such a beautiful vacation rental! It is thoughtfully designed and comfortable. The bed is firm and the pillows have various options of softness. The kitchen has everything you need and it doesn't feel like random junk from an old house was used to stock it. The office is great and the living room is bright and airy. We plan to come again soon! This is a great home base for the area and well situated in the center of town.

Pretty home, but misleading location

The home was beautiful and nicely refinished as shown in the photos, but the listing is a little misleading with the location. The property is in a commercial zone right on the main street with a cemetery a few feet to the left and an auto body shop a few feet to the right. There was no privacy and we had to keep all of the windows covered during the day. Additionally, it was quite noisy due to trucks driving by and there was something in the house that kept making a banging sound during the night, probably an old pipe or something. I think it would be helpful to be more transparent in the Vrbo’s description about these things because it might effect someone’s decision to stay here.

The location is fantastic for those visiting the local private schools, colleges, Treehouse Brewery, Yankee Candle, Quonquont Farm, Sugarloaf mountain or other attractions. This historic structure boasts wide pine floors, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, fun pastel blue Smeg fridge, stone countertops, island. Dining area with banquette seating. The showstopper is the double sided gas fireplace from the living room to the dedicated office space, high speed internet. Frame tv in common living area, original 70 pane glass window, queen sleeper sofa. Second floor is massive primary suite with King bed, luxe linens, tiled shower en suite bathroom. Sonos stereos on first and second floors. Keyless entry. Solo stove in private back yard, firewood provided. Walk to town market, restaurants, cafe, post office & library.
