Beautiful, well kept home in a very quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to the public beach access. Would recommend for anyone traveling with or without their dog!

We loved our stay! Great place to stay with our dogs, love the fenced backyard and neighborhood we could walk in. Also, great location. Not too far of a walk to the beach and restaurants!

Pat was an amazing host. She. Checked in several times. This pet friendly house was super comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for a week at the beach. We will definitely be back with our furry friends .

Great Pet friendly 3BR house w fenced back yard. walking distance to Santa Rosa Beaches. So close to downtown, shops, restaurants. Host easy to communicate with. House was immaculate and well appointed. Did not disappoint!!

Great place!

We loved this place! It’s about a 15 minute walk to the beach, but it’s so easy! The neighborhood is beautiful. The backyard is perfect for family dinners!

Very clean & great location!

This property was amazing for my wife, my dogs, and myself! It was one of the cleanest properties we have ever stayed in & just far enough off 30a that it was very quiet yet a short bike ride to restaurants & shops.Pat was a fantastic host as well!We look forward to staying again

We loved the location of this home. Neighborhood was quiet. It was a short walk to the beach. Close to many restaurants. The property was clean and the fenced in backyard was perfect for our 2 dogs. We would definitely stay again.

Best Pet friendly stay we've had.

We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, the fenced back yard, the generous sized patio, and the front porch swing. It was perfectly located for us to use the bike trails and walk to the beach. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Cute Bungalow close to the beach!

We loved the bungalow. Perfect for our family of 4 although 6 would have plenty of room. Beds were very comfortable. We were close to the beach and restaurants. I do recommend renting a golf cart to get around in.

Great Pet Friendly Find

This was an awesome experience from reservation to check out. Everything you would need is provided and the fenced yard for the pup was awesome. Pat was great to work with.

Lovely house in Santa Rosa

The host was very nice and the house was just perfect. It was very cozy and well maintained. Ms Pat was very accomodating and didn't mind us asking questions about area information, etc.

Wonderful stay!

This cottage is perfect for us!!! Ms Pat is the best! Beautiful fenced in backyard with lots of patio furniture. Great location! This is the cleanest property we have staying in and we’ve been coming here for 15 years! We can’t wait to visit again!

Great place

Very clean and also had nice amenities. A perfect place for families with fur babies; even had pet waste station in backyard. Great communication with owner; everything exactly as promised. Loved it!

Pros: Very convenient location! Very clean. Beds comfortable. Nice ceiling fan in master. Cons: pedestal sinks so no room for putting toiletries out. Shower head in hall bath not enough pressure and master bath shower not enough angle so shower sprayed all over. Lighting not good in master bath and bedrooms. I think the owner controlled the thermostat so as a post menopausal woman I was warm at night and while cooking.

Debra, goodness, how we wish you'd reached out to us during your visit, maybe continuing our text chats; we would have happily addressed your requirements immediately, including the interior temperature. :) Recognizing that space in the bathrooms might be limiting for some, we already had vanities on order to correct that (they've since been installed), but we could have helped with extra space while you were in the home. Also, we keep multiple showerheads on hand for replacement purposes so the crew could have changed/adjusted those for you asap. Regardless, thank you, and please know that we'll certainly take a good look at everything! Have a great summer and we appreciate you staying with us!

We will definitely be staying here again!

The property is wonderful. Everytjing was as deacru ed and communication was exceptional. The location was perfect to jump on our bikes and get anywhere easily. Within 1 mi there are enough restaurants to supplement your stay! It was great to have a nice yard for our dog and he loved it too!

Perfect Neighborhood

Clean house that is pet friendly. Plenty of room and a fenced backyard. Owner is very responsive and helpful. Love this quiet neighborhood. Will definitely return here!

Cozy and quaint

This place was the perfect fit for our family. It was close to the beach and shopping but then you could go home and relax away from the hustle and bustle. The fenced in back yard made it nice for our dog and he settled right in. The host made it easy to stay here and the neighborhood was friendly. Right down the street is a place to rent bikes and get ice cream so that was a bonus. We would defiantly stay here again if we visit this area.
