NEW ADDITIONS FOR 2024!
For 2024 we are happy to announce that we have made some updates to our beach house.
- An HVAC minisplit unit was added to the front sitting room.
- The upstairs master bedroom now has a king size bed.
- The upstairs "bunk room" now has a twin over full bunk bed plus a twin size trundle.
- The downstairs queen bedroom has new furniture and we also added a twin over twin bunk bed plus a twin size trundle.

Enjoy beautiful sunsets and a panoramic view of the Pamlico Sound. Boat access to the sound with a boat ramp at Scotch Bonnet Marina and Gift shop at end of the private street.
Easy sound side launching for kayaks or the ability to wade in the water. Minutes away from the Inlet.
Only a couple of miles from off road beach access. Great fishing from the dock!
The house has two units with their own private entrances. There are no interior stairs inside the home.
The main unit on the second floor is three bedrooms and two full baths. One room with a king bed, second room with a queen bed, and a third room with two bunk beds plus a trundle (four twin size beds and a full size bed)
