Situato nella prestigiosa mecca del wind surf di Island Creek ad Avon, East Wind è una grande casa di 5 camere da letto sul suono completa con il proprio accesso alla spiaggia. Lancia la tua tavola o il tuo aquilone dal tuo cortile! Che piacere portare più ospiti a EASTWIND! Questa casa ha un grande piano aperto al piano superiore che vanta una cucina ben attrezzata con un'isola, una spaziosa sala da pranzo e un bellissimo soggiorno con una fantastica vista del suono. C'è anche una piccola area soppalcata dove è possibile ottenere una vista ancora migliore dell'acqua. Mazzi multipli offrono opportunità di ammirare tramonti spettacolari e la visione quotidiana di uccelli acquatici e appassionati di sport acquatici. L'ultimo piano ha anche una master suite con bagno privato. In effetti, tutte e 5 le camere hanno il bagno privato. Se hai bisogno di più spazio per dormire, il secondo livello ha anche un'altra camera familiare con un nuovo divano letto matrimoniale. 3 camere da letto con bagno sono anche al 2 ° livello. Il primo livello ha una grande camera da letto con 3 letti singoli ... sicuramente ottimo per i bambini! La casa ha più ponti ... il secondo livello ha una nuovissima vasca idromassaggio dove si può godere di una vista meravigliosa mentre ci si immerge. Il livello inferiore ha una sala giochi con tavolo da biliardo regolamentare, TV e frigorifero. L'ingresso esterno coperto ha ganci multipli per appendere tutta l'attrezzatura da windsurf e kite. Circondato da splendide zone umide e fauna selvatica, ti godrai una vacanza da sogno in questa proprietà sul lungomare. Island Creek ha anche una piscina pubblica a vostra disposizione, nonché una rampa per barche e un molo. La spiaggia dell'oceano è anche raggiungibile a piedi se si desidera navigare tra le onde! Avon è anche super conveniente in quanto ha negozi fantastici, il molo di Avon, una vasta gamma di meravigliosi ristoranti e la vicinanza di Food Lion, l'unico grande supermercato sull'isola di Hatteras. Avon ha anche una pista ciclabile per correre e andare in bicicletta per l'intera lunghezza del villaggio. Amerai EASTWIND e adorerai AVON!

Extremely clean! The kitchen was very well-stocked. Great family-friendly home. Plenty of room for all 8 of us to just relax, play games, watch the birds, watch the wind and kite surfers, and enjoy the beautiful view of the Pamlico Sound. Awesome location!

We enjoyed our stay very much and were pleasantly surprised with all the house had to offer. Everything from check in to check was made very easy. The sound view was amazing! Lots of room to come together as a family and also spread out. Would definitely choose this house again.

Eastwind is wonderfully comfortable! My 3 generation group of 11 had more than enough space…..big bonus for us was the fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom.Living room, dining room, and kitchen are open to one another…..great for a large group.House, parking areas, and private pier all clean and in good condition. Outdoor shower was clean and nicely put together.We cooked our dinners every night, we baked, we all ate together……and we found all utensils and kitchen equipment that we needed, and it was all in good condition!!!Location is great……less than 5 minutes from the house to the front door of the Avon Pier, about 10 to Food Lion.We spent the vast majority of our time on the pier or in/on the sound (4 kayaks and many life vests provided!!). Caught some crabs by the pier.Had 1 minor issue during our stay. Called Betty (property manager) and someone was at the house to fix it in a matter of hours. Very responsive to multiple questions prior to check-in as well.One of the best houses we’ve rented over the past 17 years.

We had a great time at this place!

We loved our stay at this house. We all appreciated that all the bedrooms had a bathroom! That is a feature that really appealed to us! The kitchen was well stocked which we appreciated!We did rent the linens, towels, and beach towels from the rental company.The kids had a great time playing in the sound and at the pool. The views from the home is just breathtaking! The sunsets are absolutely gorgeous! The walk to the beach wasn't too bad, but next time we will bring a cart. The beach was not overcrowded which we appreciated. The kids loved that DQ was within walking distance.We did feel that the dishes could have been cleaned better. We had to wash a lot of pots/pans before using them because it had oil/grease on them. Overall, we loved this place and already booked for next year before our stay was over.

Big home on the sound

East Wind has it all - 5 BRs, access to the sound, a bonus media room, a complete lower level, a pool table. There are so many ways to have fun here. We had a phenomenal time. And Betty is always there for any questions.

Great location and bathroom arrangement

We were in Avon to windsurf for two weeks. The house is set up well for this. The house also has a great layout for couples, with each bedroom having it's own bath. Betty is a pleasure to work. We love Hatteras.

Would recommend/things to know

Great place to stay- all appliances worked well, plenty of kayaks ect, we all had our own rooms and bathrooms. Close to everything and really enjoyed the community pool. Things to know- Water is very hot and only 1tub plug if you need to bathe kids. No baby items- crib/ high chair or baby gates for stairs. Router for tv is in 2nd living area. This room is great for 6th bedroom. It can be closed for privacy but you need to bring an air mattress. The sofa bed is not use able like springs over a sheet. Bring insect spray for mosquitoes and no beach to speak of. Overall would definitely recommend and really appreciate the owner allowing us to do a partial stay.

EastWind House in Avon

The house was perfect for our family to come together to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. It was our daughter and son and their families. There was plenty of bedrooms for everyone as well as private bathrooms. There was room for everyone to spread out and find their favorite place to chill. My reason for 3 stars on cleanliness was that there were empty bottles and other miscellaneous items under some of the beds that was overlooked by the cleaning crew.. The linen service worked well, except for the fact that they did not send a king sized sheet for the master bedroom. What came in the king size bundle was a queen sized fitted sheet and we could not get it on the bed. The location was gorgeous. I didn't realize that there was no beach access from the dock there. Overall we had an amazing vacation and loved the house and area.

Great vacation

The house was perfect for our huge family (8 kids ranging from 6 up to 20). We absolutely loved playing in the sound and hanging out on the dock as well as heading out in kayaks and rented paddle boards to explore. The ocean/beach was a quick walk from the house and groceries etc was super close. I highly recommend this property!

Was very nice clean house . Work had been put into house fresh paint on outside / new roof from year before. House is much larger than would think. Only recommendation felt like linens could have been provided than having to go thru rental service .

East Wind

The house fit all of us comfortably with the many bedroom options. A plus would be if they offered linens like most rentals. Having to pack sheets & towels is a big hassle. The house was spacious but a bit dated. Beautiful views but for older folks - it’s a lot of stairs - just fyi. Nice location with dock for fishing and riding kayaks.

My family has a long history with Avon. We always loved the world class fishing and surfing. We came here for many years and we decided to purchase this house as the next step in enjoying the beautiful area and its water sports.[

We fell in love with the quality of the construction of EASTWIND as well as its waterfront location. Sunsets are truly memorable.

The house is beautifully constructed with multiple decks on the outside and gorgeous unique windows inside all offering spectacular views of the Pamlico Sound. Kiters, paddle boarders, kayakers, and windsurfers can launch from the back yard. The advantage of having 5 bedrooms, all with their own private bath, helps make vacations so enjoyable. We have also installed smart tvs in each bedroom. There is also a rec room on the first level with a pool table guaranteed to give many hours of enjoyment. The family room on the second floor also has a smart
TV as well as the large living room on the top level. Multiple families will love this home!
