Recently redecorated, our elevated first-floor condo was designed to put you instantly at ease. Kick back on the balcony with a glass of wine and catch a peek of the ocean, or unwind in the living room in front of 47” flat screen cable TV with Netflix and DVDs available for cozy movie nights.

The small but mighty kitchenette comes fully stocked, including an oven and range, Keurig coffeemaker, and Belgian waffle maker to start your mornings off right.

With a relaxing queen-sized bedroom and a full bath, this is a perfect laid-back beach escape for a couple. But if you're traveling with kids, they'll love the unique built-in bunk beds out in the hallway. And don't bother packing beach gear, we’ve got you covered — from umbrellas, chairs, to toys and a beach wagon to carry it all in.

Best of all, the Seaside Villas II complex is located right on the beach, so you'll have the convenience of walking home for bathroom breaks, BBQ lunches in the communal grill area, or a quick nap in the cool air conditioning.

Guests will have private access to the full condo. With a keyless entry you'll be able to breeze through your days without a worry in the world. The key code will be provided for you prior to your stay.

Stellar location on the beach and steps to the outdoor pool. Located within walking distance two blocks to Coligny Plaza restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Gated off street parking.

Condo is cozy at 550 sq ft with one bedroom and a living area with kitchenette. Small kids will love the built in bunk beds in the hallway, but bunk beds may not be comfortable for adults.

If you love simple beach living with a great location, this condo is perfect for you.

Location to the pool and beach was awesome. The steps weren’t terrible to carry luggage up and down but the elevator was a plus. We loved that the beach area wasn’t over crowded and it was clean. The pool also was not over crowded, and the kids loved it - lots of seating as well. Room was clean, very well kept up, and functional for our family of 4 and quiet. Grateful for the beach chairs and wagon so we didn’t have to travel with ours. We will definitely be back.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Feeling Tip Sea at Sea Side Villas. The room was very nice and exactly as advertised, perfectly accommodating our family's needs. The location was ideal—providing easy access to the beach and just a short walk to Coligny. We enjoyed an ocean view from the balcony, which was delightful. Brandy was fantastic to work with, and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth. We will definitely return!

For a last minute booking, this was ok. We loved that we could just walk to the beach and were steps away from the pool. Those 2 things made the stay for us. The bed in the bedroom was also really comfortable so we got a good night's sleep every night. Our kids were on the little bunk and kinda squished in there. They're definitely more for smaller/younger children. The unit is old and leaves a little to be desired. The insides of the kitchen cabinets didn't have any liner and were pretty beat up. I didn't like that the glasses and mugs were upside down on that. We didn't want to eat out because it was a holiday week and this kitchen wasn't really one to make a full dinner in. Not only is there not enough room, there is no dishwasher. We ate breakfast, lunch, & dinner in the unit, so we washed a lot of dishes on vaca. There's no ice maker and 2 cracked ice trays that weren't full when we got there so we made do. Again, this unit is great for being so close to the ocean and steps from the pool, which was never too full to not be completely enjoyable. Oh- and we walked on the beach to Coligny for ice cream and it only took us 4 minutes, so location is great too!
