Thank you for staying with us at 704S Crescent Arms by Tropical Sands Accommodations and for sharing your experience, Jennifer! We’re so glad to hear you loved the condo, but we completely understand how frustrating the elevator situation must have been especially with groceries. That’s never an easy trek. Since the building is managed by the HOA, elevator maintenance is handled outside of our team, but we do stay in communication with them and share feedback like yours. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Thanks again for being our guest, and we hope to welcome you back for an even smoother stay next time.

Thank you for choosing to stay at our condo and for taking the time to share your feedback, Steve. We're glad you enjoyed your stay and appreciate your understanding regarding the elevator issue.
