Cute decor, great open family room/kitchen/eating area and primary suite size. Very small primary bathroom which wast great. Patio sitting area within the sliding doors stunk so we didn’t use it. Bedroom furniture needs to go, one drawer kept sliding wide open and room on a slant. Couch needs a deep clean. And the duvet covers need it too. Great location on beach. Great location to village, easy to get to downtown Sarasota too. Friendly people and felt safe. Also, an actual safe in the unit would be nice.

Great stay at Jamaica Royale! The condo was as described in the listing. We enjoyed the SE beach view in the mornings on the balcony. Getting to the beach was a breeze, 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, & a cooler were a nice addition. A beach wagon & beach toys would be a recommendation we have. We left a few sand toys that we bought. We appreciated the fans & extra beach towels we found in the closet. I would suggest some Tupperware or food storage when cooking at the condo & if packing a cooler for the beach. We loved all the games, crayons & drawing pads available to use. Blackout curtains in the master room were wonderful! A set in the other bedroom would be nice too, that window has an orange exterior hall light that shines through all night. Even with the curtains drawn it felt bright when going to bed. Overall would stay here again, looking forward to the condo owner adding additional essentials here & there as the time goes.
