Place was cheap and deservedly so. Had more places to sleep than sit. Several small problems were irritating. Ice maker , dishwasher, the only closet full of owners crap , kitchen pans , internet connection.

We’re sorry to hear the property didn’t meet your expectations. We do want to clarify a few things, as several of the concerns mentioned in your review were never reported to us during your stay. The only issue you contacted us about was the internet, and we would have been happy to send maintenance to address any other problems had we been given the opportunity. The internet is managed through the HOA and is not something we have direct control over. There has also been ongoing work by the local internet providers in the area over the past couple of months, which has caused some intermittent issues. Being in a mountain community, internet service can also be less consistent than it is in more urban areas. We appreciate feedback when something isn’t right, but we do encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we have the opportunity to actually address concerns rather than finding out about them afterward in a review.

Great location, clean, great layout. The kids loved the bunk beds. Also the main bed was far better than a lot of mattresses that we’ve had in other units when staying in Keystone. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was comfortable for a short ski trip. Very convenient location. Only request would be more specific instructions on how to get from the parking garage to the building.

Great Family Trip

The property was very close to everything in the Village and ski lifts. The underground parking and ski lockers were very convenient and accessible. The accommodations were perfect for our family with young kids. This is a trip we will remember for years to come!

Overall Great Place To Stay

Nice and close to restaurants and shops. Other than being dusty up high, it was pretty clean. It did not have a pool table like we thought it would, but fuzball was fun.

The property was very nice and comfortable. The only problem was with the garbage disposal which was fixed within the hour of reporting it. Would love to stay here again.

We did run low on hot water especially peak time when people were getting up and getting home from skiing. The elevator was not working which was an inconvenience.

The hot water in the building is supplied by a shared boiler system, so during peak times—such as mornings and evenings when many guests are showering at once—there can occasionally be a temporary decrease in hot water availability. We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the elevator being out of service during your stay. We’re happy to report that it has since been repaired and is now fully operational. We appreciate you staying with us and taking the time to share your experience.
