Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we enjoyed the rental the park was clean the parade was great we have been coming for 36 years and have enjoyed 98% of the times there

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was probably our most favorite rental ever! It was super clean and roomy. The beds were extremely comfortable. The location was great and quiet.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've stayed in Venture Out several times before and we've never had to put our own linens on the beds since we paid for cleanings service.The golf cart did not have a parking brake so we had to lug a large rock around with us to put behind the tire to make sure it didn't role off the uphill parking at the room or at the pool. Gold cart not very clean. Had to keep everything in refridgerator because of a problem of sugar ants however, we WILL be back!

Not happy with unit

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been coming to Venture Out for 30 plus years. This rental unit and experience was not good at all. Unit was not clean, blood stained sheets, no light bulbs in lamps, golf cart brakes didn’t work, grill wasn’t able to be used, dryer didn’t dry (had to turn on multiple times to complete drying process), didn’t like the location on street. So overall when you save all year to come and enjoy a special time with your family for vacation. This wasn’t the place! We will definitely try another unit next year!
