RENTED FOR THE FULL 2026 SEASON!
Lovely Townhouse offers a scenic retreat after a "tough" day on the beach! Overlooking the Rehoboth-Lewes Canal, this 3 BR, 2 1/2 BA home which sleeps 8, is the perfect landing spot "in-town" Rehoboth Beach. You can even bring your dog with a signed pet addendum and pet fee! Number of dogs & breed restrictions may apply. Walk to the beach and the fabulous restaurants and shops in town. Don't feel like walking? The owners have graciously provided 2 Rehoboth Beach parking permits for use on non-metered parking spots! On the occasional cloudy or rainy day, you can "binge-watch" your current show on one of the 4 smart TVs throughout the home. (They are also hooked to cable!) Owner even supplies a few beach chairs! Book now while there are still prime weeks available!
Guests pay a $150.00 cleaning fee for every stay. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-checks with no fees, as well as personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30-days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.

Convenient Property, Misleading Property Manager

The home is in a great location, with plenty of parking, and the addition of the parking passes from the homeowners was very convenient. The hidden fees from the property manager were a disappointment however. Linen fees, having to bring all your own toilet paper, dish soap, etc, additional cleaning fees on top of the regular cleaning fee, a 3% fee for credit cards, and directions on the mandatory trip insurance; none of these were clearly listed in the VRBO listing.

Annual Summer Trip

Every year we travel to Rehoboth & we bring our dog. Unfortunately, this property needs a TON of work. The upstairs bathroom was awful; the water pressure ia horrible and overall just very dark. The balcony’s were filthy - there were dead plants everywhere and empty planters with stagnant water. The kitchen cabinets were completely jammed with useless broken cracked dishes. It really needs to be gone through & just cleaned better overall. The management property was wonderful to work with & I dont blame them at all for the property cleanliness. We will definitely never be staying here again.

Disappointing stay. Not worth the price we paid.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently spent a week at this vacation condo and regret choosing this property. For the price we paid we expected a well-maintained, comfortable, and safe rental experience. What we got fell short of that. The air conditioner was broken upon arrival. The interior temperature was already 78°F and continued to climb to 81°F despite lowering the thermostat. Outdoor temperatures exceeded 90°F but the rental company refused to send an emergency technician until the indoor temperature hit 82°F — an arbitrary and unacceptable threshold. Fans weren’t offered until Monday and the system wasn’t repaired until Tuesday. Almost half of our paid stay was uncomfortably hot. For that we were offered a meager $170 refund. The owners should have an internet-enabled thermostat to monitor the health and effectiveness of the system, and assure a comfortable temperature upon arrival of guests. Health and safety issues: Upon arrival garbage cans were overflowing, clearly with weeks’ worth of garbage, and emitting a horrible stench with a rat trap set out nearby. In the 3rd-floor bedroom for children a window screen was missing, making it impossible to open the window safely for ventilation. In the kitchen a drawer full of sharp knives was fully accessible at child height, presenting a serious safety concern for young kids. The property showed clear signs of neglect: broken cabinet doors, the ice maker was turned off (no ice on arrival), dead batteries in the TV remote, unpatched holes in the great room ceiling, and rotting door trim near the overflowing garbage. These details may seem small individually, but taken together, they show a lack of pride and attention to guest comfort. We discourage others from booking here or using this rental company. There are better options nearby at this price point that don’t come with heat exhaustion, safety concerns, and lack of care for the customer experience.

Great place for the cost

10-15 minute walk to the beach or parking passes provided for the days we didn’t feel like walking. Great place if you have a dog since there is a walking area across the street

Canal Street

Nice, quite street facing a tiny park along the canal. Walking/biking distance to beach and everything in town. So great to bring our dog and nice touch to provide dog bowls. Mater bedroom was gorgeous and loved having a fan. FYI: The steps are very steep and a bit slippery. Could be an issue for some guests. Suggest adding to your listing that there are beach towels and hair dryers provided. I packed both because I didn't know they were already in the house. Also, the hose in front for rinsing off sand did not work.
