48 Hours before arrival: Apartment address, parking and wifi info will be shared.

Day of your arrival: For security purposes, your access code will be shared 30 minutes before your check-in. Your code will not be active until 4pm (unless otherwise discussed).

The building code may be different from the apartment code.

★ PET-FRIENDLY HOME @ A SURCHARGE ★
Bring your furry friends along for an exciting vacation. Please note, due to pet allergies that some guest experience, we have our cleaning crew conduct a deep cleaning after checkout which requires a fee. The fee is $25 per pet per day. For guests staying 7 days or more, we charge a maximum of $100 per pet, per week.

★ ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE UNIT ★
Please, we want to ensure the guest checking in after you will enjoy the place just as you have. There will be a fine of $1,000 if there is any evidence or smell of smoking in our unit as this can ruin our future guests' experience. This fine cover additional professional cleaning, labor, and any other maintenance costs.

Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.
