Clean, very nice 3bedroom 2bath condo on the third floor without elevator. Just above a smoke shop. Owner was responsive to email. Very good value. Near major streets. We arrived at night and the entrance was very difficult to find. Parking is on a narrow street that can be full.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout. The check-in process was very easy and straightforward. The location is excellent and highly convenient, with a nearby bus stop that takes you directly into Manhattan, making sightseeing a breeze. One of our favorite parts was the view from our window in the mornings; it was beautiful seeing the vibrant colors of the sky and the city skyline.We did experience a few minor issues during our time here: the internet connection was unstable, and the hot water in the bedroom shower took a very long time to warm up. Additionally, the outdoor garbage cans were kept in a very tight space and had a strong, unpleasant odor. Future guests should also be aware that the stairs are quite steep, which could be challenging for anyone with bad knees or mobility issues.Despite these inconveniences, the comfort, amazing view, and prime location made it a great home base. We would still recommend this stay to future travelers!

The room was a little rundown. But the layout and space was nice. One thing people should know is there’s a flight of stairs that curve at the top without a hand rain on that small section. Communication and accommodation was superb.

The good: very clean, spacious property steps from the bus stop to NYC. Mahdi replied promptly and courteously to all questions. Comfortable beds and amazing showers. The not good: the apartment is on the second floor above a smoke shop. When we arrived, the apartment smelled very strongly of marijuana. That lessened during our stay, but the smell remained strong in the stairwell and at the front of the apartment. Also, there seems to be another short-term rental on the third floor. We could hear every step they took plus voices and music late into the night. Bring ear plugs! The parking is on the street, which is fine, but there are signs that say no overnight parking. Mahdi assured us this has never been a problem. Thankfully it wasn't for us, but we held our breath each morning until we saw our car without a ticket.

Awesome location. Great condo for a wonderful price. The host Madhi was very responsive when I needed to chat about anything. Definitely recommended.
